I had a wonderful stay with Pat and Alex. Looking forward to staying with them again on my next visit.

Jacklyn was super responsive. She responded to all our questions within minutes. The house was well kept, easily accessible and practical. Everything was easy to use. The place was quiet and peaceful. It was a great getaway for our weeklong break. I would recommend it and also stay here again!

Great place with plenty of space and very comfy. The balcony view is very peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyday we would sit out by the pier and look to see if any gators about. There were no issues our entire stay would definitely book again.

Bo was a great host and the condo was perfect for my wife and I. Nice to wake up to the lake view out back every morning!

Enjoyed our stay very much, great location overlooking #2 at Copperhead. Condo was fully equipped and clean. Appliances appear fairly new and function well. Innisbrook is one of our favorite places to stay and play. We will definitely try to stay in this condo again.

If you want a nice place to stay at a reasonable price, Kyans place is for you! The size of the condo was perfect for us. Tarpon Springs offers so much without all the traffic and everything there is just 10 minutes away, restaurants, beaches, shopping, groceries and much more. Kyan will respond quickly to what you might need and was easy to work with. We fully enjoyed our stay and have already booked for next year.

Jim was a great Host. Meet me at the unit went over features of the unit made sure we knew where to find the Internet code, door lock code and how to reach him if we had any questions. Look forward to rent from Jim again.

Anne’s place was great. Here for college golf tournament. Very spacious condo. Anne was great to work with and responsive answering questions timely. Feels like I know her. I’ll be passing along her info to other golf families that may be traveling here.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

Awesome space, perfect beds, perfect location because we wanted to be with family during a difficult time. The decor and amenities were unbelievable. The families in the neighborhood were awesome to watch enjoy their homes.

They were a great hosts. We checked in early and they even let us use the golf cart. Can’t wait to stay with them again.

The place was cozy and nicely decorated. Loved having breakfast in the enclosed porch. Bobby was friendly and flexible. I’d definitely stay there again!

Great get a way spot! Nice private beach. Saltwater pool is wonderful. Lots of activities to do on the property and convenient location to do all the touristy things. The best part is the peace and quiet while on the property. Nice and calm stay.

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

What a great condo to make home for 2 weeks. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Well stocked kitchen including spices so we were able to make dinner when we didn’t feel like going out. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We really appreciated that there were screens on both sliding glass doors so we could enjoy the breeze and not have to have A/C on. The development is really nice and well maintained. The salt water pool was perfect. Everyone was friendly. They had a pancake breakfast in the clubhouse when we were there and we were made to feel welcomed. Saw dolphin and manatee in the lagoon. Great restaurants in the area, Sam’s, Inn on the Gulf and Ollie’s. Would definitely go back to this unit!

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

This little place was perfect for what we were after. We wanted to be right on the water and have the ability to have a slip for our JetSki.
