WOW!!! what a beautiful place with a beautiful view!! The house is impecable!!! beautiful in the inside as it is on the outside. House is full with everything you need and very high quality products!! Gorgeous bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. All taken care of Rosita which will greet you at the entrance and will have breakfast for you. Such a kind and sweet host!! Explained everything and was available all the time. cooks very delicious traditional Ecuadorian dishes!!. Extremely safe!! Fire pit is perfect. Rooms are great. We've traveled to many airbnbs in Cuenca and this one by far is our favorite and will be hard not to choose it again. Thank you for sharing this home and hope to be back again!!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Rocio's. There are many great restaurants just steps outside the door. The central location is less than a 10 min picturesque walk to the main square and many other sights. Our family enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen and watching movies in the living room while resting. Thank you Rocio!

The place is very nice and beautiful but there is no firewood for the fireplace. The delivery was a real headache, we had to wait more than 2 hours for the orders to be delivered, in addition to the prices that are an abuse (above 20 dollars for each delivery) the delivery cost more than what was ordered. I recommend bringing food and everything you need so you don't need delivery.

the truth and serve I always go to Cuenca because the family of wife and she are from there, the depar was incredible, the area is perfect! you have everything nearby and if you travel by bus or something you are 5 or 7 minutes walking, Christian was incredible! the privacy and tranquility was perfect! to get anywhere this one but to the hair!

Stayed 1 month at this spacious 3 bedroom condominium in the hills above the main city of Cuenca. All beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. Kitchen has most everything needed to cook at home. Dr. Santiago was friendly, responsive and very helpful with check-in and other concerns. Supermarket and restaurants are 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Overall good stay.

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

We repeat the stay, because the place offers a lot of peace of mind. We had a wonderful time at the pool. It is an excellent option to rest, read, and enjoy the view. Because of the weather, pool activities can last all day long.

Excellent place to spend a weekend, whether alone or with friends and family. Everything is very organized and clean. Juan Fernando is very attentive to any news and indications. Although the use of the pool is more of an administrative arrangement, it is worth it. I would return to the same place as many times as I can. Thank you for your help.

I went to Cuenca for the first time and we love it, Sandra‘s house was beautiful, big and the kids love it, is in a private neighborhood and really safe, I really recommend this place for any family.

My stay at Veronica's accommodation was wonderful, the place is very well located and everything was very close to do on foot. The place is very modern and cozy, ideal to enjoy a good day of rest in Cuenca. Verónica is an excellent host.

Great location near the city's main plaza. The apartment itself is pretty spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. The laundry and dryer was definitely a plus. Hosts were very responsive. I'd stay there again.

The apartment was very nice: quiet, clean and comfortable. Teresa was a great host. She helped us by finding a driver to take us to the airport very early in the morning as we had an early morning flight back to Quito. But the best thing about the apartment was the location. The apartment is located in the historic district three blocks from Parque Calderon. There are many excellent restaurants and interesting museums also within a few blocks. We enjoyed our stay. Cuenca is a very interesting city!
