WOW!!! what a beautiful place with a beautiful view!! The house is impecable!!! beautiful in the inside as it is on the outside. House is full with everything you need and very high quality products!! Gorgeous bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. All taken care of Rosita which will greet you at the entrance and will have breakfast for you. Such a kind and sweet host!! Explained everything and was available all the time. cooks very delicious traditional Ecuadorian dishes!!. Extremely safe!! Fire pit is perfect. Rooms are great. We've traveled to many airbnbs in Cuenca and this one by far is our favorite and will be hard not to choose it again. Thank you for sharing this home and hope to be back again!!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Rocio's. There are many great restaurants just steps outside the door. The central location is less than a 10 min picturesque walk to the main square and many other sights. Our family enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen and watching movies in the living room while resting. Thank you Rocio!

El lugar es muy agradable y lindo pero falta leña para la chimenea. El delivery fue un verdadero dolor de cabeza, tuvimos que esperar mas de 2 horas para que entregue los pedidos, además de los precios que son un abuso (arriba de 20 dólares por cada entrega) costaba más la entrega que lo que se pedía. Recomiendo llevar comida y todo lo necesario para no necesitar al delivery.

la verdad e saque siempre voy a Cuenca porque la familia de esposa y ella son de allá, el depar estuvo increíble, la zona es perfecta! tienes todo cerca y si viajas en busetas o algo estás a 5 o 7 minutos caminando, Christian se portó increíble! la privacidad y la tranquilidad fue perfecto! para llegar de cualquier lado esta pero al pelo!

Stayed 1 month at this spacious 3 bedroom condominium in the hills above the main city of Cuenca. All beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. Kitchen has most everything needed to cook at home. Dr. Santiago was friendly, responsive and very helpful with check-in and other concerns. Supermarket and restaurants are 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Overall good stay.

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

Repetimos la estadía, porque el lugar ofrece mucha tranquilidad. Pasamos días maravillosos en la piscina. Es una excelente opción para descansar, leer, y disfrutar de la vista. Por el clima las actividades en la piscina pueden durar todo el día.

Excelente comunicación, instrucciones, ubicación. La casa bastante amplia, con espacios grandes para hospedar a grupos grandes. Siempre pendiente que tengamos un estancia placentera. Recomiendo al 100%

Excelente lugar para pasar un fin de semana, sea solo o con amigos y familia. Todo muy organizado y limpio. Juan Fernando muy atento a cualquier novedad e indicación. A pesar de que el uso de la piscina es algo más disposición administrativa vale la pena. Volvería las veces que pueda al mismo lugar. Muchas gracias por las atenciones.

I went to Cuenca for the first time and we love it, Sandra‘s house was beautiful, big and the kids love it, is in a private neighborhood and really safe, I really recommend this place for any family.

Mi estancia en el hospedaje de Verónica fue maravilloso, el lugar esta muy bien ubicado y todo estaba muy cerca para hacerlo caminando. El lugar es muy moderno y acogedor ideal para disfrutar de unos buenos días de descanso en Cuenca. Verónica es una excelente anfitriona.

Great location near the city's main plaza. The apartment itself is pretty spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. The laundry and dryer was definitely a plus. Hosts were very responsive. I'd stay there again.

The apartment was very nice: quiet, clean and comfortable. Teresa was a great host. She helped us by finding a driver to take us to the airport very early in the morning as we had an early morning flight back to Quito. But the best thing about the apartment was the location. The apartment is located in the historic district three blocks from Parque Calderon. There are many excellent restaurants and interesting museums also within a few blocks. We enjoyed our stay. Cuenca is a very interesting city!

El departamento impecable, tal como se muestra en las fotos, excelente ubicación cerca de todo. Domenica siempre atenta x si necesitas ayuda con algo. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Me encantó la estadía ya que era tal cual las fotos la muestra, un departamento con las cosas esenciales, práctico, igual la ubicación me encanta ya que pude salir fácilmente de la ciudad de Cuenca.
