It consists of a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, two terraces (both with ocean views), a full bathroom, a relaxation area and a very large bedroom with an integrated bathtub and incredible ocean views. Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

"La Casa d'Abaxu" is the story of my grandparents, who emigrated abroad and dreamed of returning to Spain to live off livestock. This project did not materialize, but they did build a block. Years later, a villa was built on the block's structure and the lower part was transformed into a second home, which we call “La Casa d'Abaxu”.
After a comprehensive renovation, we are ready to welcome travelers who are as interested in Asturias as we are.
