Agréable location de 32 m2 avec terrasse, attenante à notre maison, sans aucun vis à vis grâce à un brise vue. Cuisinette avec frigo, micro ondes, plaque induction, hotte, grille pain, Senseo, bouilloire... Salle d'eau, WC, vasque. Piscine à partager, nous sommes trés respectueux de l'intimité de nos hôtes. A pieds, 15 mns de la première boulangerie (3 mn en voiture), 25 mns de Super U par des chemins sympas (8 mn en voiture).

The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.
