This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

MAX. 2 persons 10% discount. The villa is placed in the most breathtaking and wonderful suroundings ten minutes drive from the pitoresk and cosmopolitan village Kas. Five minutes walk from the villa there is stop for a lokal dolmus for Kas. The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, guest toilet and a well-equipted kitchen. From the Living room and from the large terrasse by the pool you have a perfect view over the Mediteranean Sea. The pool is private and under daily supervision.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.
