Nadia was very responsive and accommodating. The accommodation is clean and new in a protected residence and 5 minutes from Grand Case by car. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful Airbnb experience! Just as described and better. Our stay was amazing. Everything was pristine, clean and accessible. We had a nice kitchen with everything needed inside. A/C unit. Comfortable bed, clean linens. We especially loved our balcony overlooking the beach. Maxwell was extremely helpful in providing us guidance for visiting the island. He also had very clear instructions on how to access the property and check in was super easy and straightforward. Maxwell is extremely responsive and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better host, highly recommend!

My best place to stay in Saint-Martin on 4 homes visited. Emma is great, the place is clean, beautiful, suitable, modern and equipped. Pretty balcony with views of the pool, the mountain and further on the Ilet Pinel. Secure subdivision, parking space in front of the apartment, very nice residence pool. Warm welcome, super flexible and welcoming host. Wifi, amenities, welcome kit: top Cul de sac neighborhood is super close to Grand Case airport (by car) RAS Congratulations on this Emma home 😉👍🏾

The Villa Jade 1 is lovely! It’s perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking to enjoy Saint Martin at an amazing value without sacrificing beautiful furnishings and great amenities. Additionally, Julie and her team of hosts are wonderful — all of whom were proactive with communications and very responsive. Julie, in particular, provided exceptional service by working with my husband to surprise me with goodies at the villa for my birthday. I would happily stay at the villa again, or at any property Julie and her team manages.
