Such a wonderful vibe! I stayed during a teacher training. The train wasn’t bothersome at all. I felt safe and secure traveling here alone. I could hear things from the upstairs here and there but when I realized it was a dog(s), it was as if I didn’t hear it as much after realizing. I will be back FOR SURE!

Britney’s place was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. I could live there. Felt very homey and comfortable. It is a large one bedroom loft that is very spacious. The building is right in the heart of Birmingham with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We will stay there again.

I liked it so much that I’m going to book it again for my mom. Clean living room & bathroom, comfortable bed, easy access, and great tasting restaurants blow and across the street.

The host were great! The unit was spotless! Very comfortable bed and attention to detail in unit. Great nespresso machine in unit and also coffee maker in lobby. Outdoor patio on ground floor was nice to de-stress. Overall great stay and space.

Susan was a great host. We had a problem with the A/C, but she addressed it right away and resolved the issue. And for our one day inconvenience her refunded our full amount. If the property is available I will be staying there again. Thanks.

Marvin was highly responsive and helpful. The space was just as shown, the rooftop common area was great, what a cool old building with a modern twist.

We had a great time at the Armour house! Walkable to many restaurants and bars. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was amazing in response time and helpfulness to recommendations!

We went for a wedding weekend and enjoyed our stay. Great location. Close to so many restaurants. Place was clean, cozy, and absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Would definitely stay here again!

Great studio! The place was well furnished for 2-3 people. The building itself is quiet, and I loved that there was a parking spot in the garage for us. The neighborhood felt safe, although the street was noisy (not surprising in a downtown area), so I’d recommend using a sound machine app or earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The studio was as described and Chris was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We had a great time in Birmingham and at his place! Would stay again.

I stayed here while working this past week in Birmingham. The location was perfect!!! The instructions on how to enter the building were so easy to understand and it was a breeze to get into the unit. It’s a very secure building. The was an odor in the hall but nothing horrendous just something I couldn’t place. Would have loved a floor lamp or table lamp in the living room but that’s just personal preference. The only “issue” is the unit is right across the street from children’s hospital so you can hear ambulances but so easy to tune out. Loved having on-site parking and you can actually see the spot for the unit. Tried to book it again for July work trip but it was already booked. Would definitely stay here again

The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The lake and park are very nice and peaceful. Everything was very clean. Lots of supplies were provided by the host. The back porch is nice to sit on and is private.

My husband and I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an exceptional experience. The location was perfect, and the building was very secure, with helpful lobby attendants. I appreciated the quiet space, as we couldn't hear any neighbors, which made for a peaceful stay. The keyless entry to the building and the apartment are a new requirement I will look for in future reservations. While we did not need the parking pass, we were glad it was available. The building amenities were outstanding, and we were fortunate to be there during a Steel City concert in the park. We enjoyed the music from the rooftop, which offered an absolutely stunning view—we never even lowered the blinds! While I attended a conference, my husband stayed in the Airbnb and found it very comfortable. Overall, the entire experience was top-notch. We plan to attend the concert again next year and definitely plan to stay with Monterrius, an awesome host! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

My stay was perfect from start to finish. Michelle’s place is comfortable and beautifully finished. It has everything you need for a week’s stay. The complex is quiet, well kept and equipped with great amenities. I was happy to call this place home and will definitely be back next year when my daughter goes back to Space camp.

Very relaxing stay! Although it rained all the days we were there, it was great family bonding time with many games played and time spent fishing when we could. The house was as advertised. Only a couple of minor things came up that in no way hindered our stay. It would be normal things that would happen at your own home. Roger was always quick to respond with answers to questions that we had and was very helpful during the booking process. All of our kids made the statement that they would rather come back and stay here than go on a big trip. If you’re looking to get away and enjoy family time, this place is perfect for just that! Thank you Roger for sharing your property with us, and we are already looking forward to the next time!🙂

This place was beautiful! And when I had one issue, which got resolved quickly in the theater and the sound not working, I messaged Coco and they responded almost immediately. It got fixed by the concierge! All the concierge’s were so friendly and helpful. The view is gorgeous. Love how secure it is. A block away from a walking area under the bridge. Very clean apartment. Clear instructions to get into doors. Hands down would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in Birmingham!

Jack and Sissy went above and beyond to help us feel connected to the town. Also, they were two of the sweetest and most thoughtful people!!! They worked extra to provide a backyard fire pit-fire for us both nights we were there, and just made sure everything was comfortable. I feel like not only did I find a super sweet place to stay, but hopefully made a couple of friends for when I come back to Florence. I can not recommend this home away from home enough!!! .....they deserve all the stars!!!!!!

The condo was lovely and perfect for our family of 4 visiting for parents weekend. Everything was new and very well stocked. Kitchen had to go glasses, snacks and delicious cookies! Everything you need for a fun weekend and was walking distance to campus and stadium. Would definitely stay here again!

Wendy and Jason were exceptional hosts. My husband and I were very impressed with their generosity. The communication was prompt and friendly, the apartment was clean and exactly as it was described, and the location was in a safe and well-established neighborhood. This was my first Airbnb experience, and these two set the bar extremely high. We would gladly book with them again.

I think we were the first family at Ivan’s place. Everything was brand new from the mattresses, furniture, lines and towels. Ivan was kind enough to let us book for a single night as he was still preparing the home for his First scheduled guest. We felt welcome and you could tell how excited he was to have this property on the market. We slept like babies in brand new comfortable mattresses. This was the perfect location, only 8 min away from the Space and Rocket Center, where our son is attending space camp. We ate breakfast at a place called “Little Diner”, only 5 min away with good food and very friendly service.

Loved the area. Very pleasant and quiet neighborhood.
