Really cute place to stay. The decor is tastefully done and the ambience and setting is very peaceful. They have all of the necessary amenities to make the stay comfortable and relaxing.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. You can tell the host really takes pride in making guests feel comfortable. Directions were super clear, and communication from the host was top-notch from start to finish. She was warm, responsive, and made everything seamless. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches — local popcorn, a variety of coffee creamers, and other little extras that made it feel extra cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-hosted stay. I’d definitely come back!

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had yet. Rana was extremely welcoming and responsive. We even left items and she messaged me to let me know and arranged to get them back to me. The home is immaculate, beautiful, charming, and had even more room than we anticipated. It was a perfect place for family dinner and game nights. I grew up in this area, so coming back is always fun, in addition to the handful of need to do things, like Creekside Market, Berkeley Springs State Park, Cacapon State Park, Lot 12 restaurant, The Naked Olive…. We had 8 people in our party and we were more than comfortable. I will 100% come back here!!

Great vacation. Wendy was the best host we have ever had—responsive and generous. The house itself was one of the best stocked rentals we have ever been in. We loved the use of the kayaks and would absolutely come back to enjoy Alpine Lake here again. Very relaxed, friendly vibe within the whole community.

A very nice cabin in the woods. The location is not secluded, there are other cabins nearby. The woods between the houses give some privacy. The cabin is spacious, with three good sized bedrooms upstairs, and a living room and a dining area - kitchen on the main level. The hot tub was a big hit with the kids. There's also a gas grill on the back porch. For anyone into craft beer, I recommend Berkeley Spring Brewing Co. just 4 minutes drive from the cabin: really nice lunch and their own brews, and a nice atmosphere.

We had a great time staying here! We got there just in time for the pool to be done and were pleasantly surprised when we saw that it was heated and were able to swim in the middle of May. Beds were soft, host was responsive, and we had plenty of space for our group. Only negative I have really was the amount of ticks in the area. But as long as you do a good check over before going back inside after a hike, you’ll be fine!

This house is in a convenient location just off the main highway but has a very private feeling. It is very spacious for the price and has everything you need. Jean was awesome. I look forward to going back.

Great stay for a wedding weekend! We were able to bring our pup and the house was much larger than others rented by my family and we fortunately had 2 bathrooms. Host provided everything needed.

This was our 2nd year at Kay's home, while attending Delfest. Kay's home could not be more perfect. It's a peaceful, cozy respite from whatever your day brings, with birds in the pristine yard, comfortable and practical furnishings and even a basket of the most common items people forget to bring with them! We loved the addition this year of the huge sectional couch! There are a variety of art supplies and games available - even the box of crayons provided inspiration to create drawings in the field, while enjoying bluegrass in the mountains. There are a ton of spices available for cooking, lots and lots of kitchen supplies - including lots of plastic containers for leftovers, the choice of a Kuerig or drip coffee machines, toaster, ziplock bags and foil, etc. You want for nothing when you come here. We cannot wait to return year after year. Thank you for everything, Kay!

I found this house to be very practical for my stay in Maryland, I attended the Del Fest, which takes place at the Allegheny fairgrounds, it was a beautiful drive from old town to Cumberland and not too far of a distance! The house is very charming, quiet and clean. I will admit I didn’t spend a lot of time there mostly just to sleep and shower and head out to the festival daily return at night. I would recommend this home, but I’m hoping to get it again next year at the same time!

This gem was everything we were looking for and more! The vintage-decorated home is a perfect retreat-charming, peaceful and full of character. Tucked away on a quiet street right next to a lovely creek, it felt like a true escape while still being super convenient to everything. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of room to entertain friends and family. Bud was kind, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend- we will absolutely stay again!

This home was absolutely adorable. I appreciate the effort to keep the nostalgia of the homes style. So much attention to detail in every piece of furniture and decoration. My favorite accents were the light switches, the bathroom scale, and the phone table/seat (my son wouldn’t know what to do with this or why it was ever made). I truly loved this home. We were in town to golf at Rocky Gap. The price and experience to stay here was much better than the hotel. I am so glad we chose this spot. Just a quick drive from the resort, and close to a great restaurant. If you get a chance check out Puccini’s while you visit. 5 stars all the way. No complaints.

We stayed here for work and it was a delightful escape from a hotel room. This place feels so homey and comfortable! I loved the artwork, old style furniture, and old charm of the house. There’s everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom with your choice of porches to relax on. One porch in the front and one in the back. Neighbors were friendly and loved to say hello while walking their dogs. We felt right at home. Kathryn is super responsive to any messages. We highly recommend a peaceful retreat to this cozy home!!

We loved this place! It was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location, right next to the road, is actually super convenient, as you don't have to navigate back roads like you might have to with other places in the area. The stream right outside the backdoor was super relaxing to listen to at night and to eat breakfast next to in the morning on the porch. You can't beat the price, and we're so happy we were able to bring our dog with us. Definitely check out Charlotte's Cafe in Berkeley Springs for breakfast!

Warm welcoming place to stay after a very cold wet bike ride. Thankful to Melvin for being flexible and working with us. Appreciated the bike shed and convenient location.

My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. When I suggested it my wife looked at me unsure of what I was suggesting. The state of WV is one of magic you have to see to enjoy. The house is gorgeous and the view is beyond breathtaking. We found peace and solace just sitting with each other. We heard and saw such an abundance of animals from frogs to cows to humming birds and hawks. The only things that could just be because of where the house is, is the water will shut off after limited use. The fire pits location makes using it and enjoying the view difficult. However that aside it was a magical experience and you will truly understand why WV is almost heaven.

Alina was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was great and perfect for my weekend trip.

Our family enjoyed this place and had a really good time. It's secluded away from people which is what we love! We needed to get away and unwind, this was the perfect place!

Jennifer was very responsive and sent us directions to enter her home at 6:00 am. The house was spotless and very cozy. Very comfortable beds and bedding. We slept well! Jennifer's property met our needs perfectly!

Gorgeous home with a breathtaking view. Well appointed kitchen, quality linens - loved the bamboo sheets - and thoughtful touches like creamers, candy and cookies! Can’t wait to visit again!
