It has spectacular views of Kentucky’s rolling hills as it looks out across the valley. This treehouse was hand built and handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

Getaway Properties offers a spacious country cabin accommodating up to six guests. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. The cabin also has a large deck with a grill and seating area/ a private fire pit. You can relax, enjoy smores with your friends or family, or watch the sunset over the water. This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.
