We had an awesome time at Resting Eagle. The home is beautiful and very clean. Amazing views, great floor plan for families!! The beds are incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!! Jason is a great host!

We had a fantastic time with family and friends here. There were so many amenities and things for all ages. Lots of attention to detail which made our lives easier-from a nursery with crib/baby monitor/sound machine to step stools in all the bathrooms to blankets in baskets around the house. House was spotless when we arrived and the views were stunning!

What a beautiful home! Our group had the best week staying here. Had everything we needed & more. Location was perfect. All the extra baby/kid stuff was so thoughtful. Appreciated everything being labeled & super easy to figure out. Hope to stay here again sometime in the future!!

This house has it ALL! Our kids (12, 4, & 2) were so entertained with all the amenities, we only left 1 day for other activities! Absolutely would recommend and would stay here again!

It was the perfect location the cabin was perfectly set up and perfectly equipped. We really enjoyed staying in rather than going out to town. Probably the best place we stayed at. The four bedrooms with private baths gave the privacy and the shared space and play room were perfect for us to hang out! Great !

Our stay was excellent! When we first walked into the home you could tell it was clean from the appearance and fresh scent. Home was exactly as described and pictured! We had a rainy stay but there was always something to do in the home between board games, puzzles, the game room, theatre room, covered porch areas, and the hot tub! Views were stunning and we saw bears every day while we were there. If you follow all rules regarding the bears that are provided for you at the cabin then you’ll have a wonderful experience observing the beautiful creatures. Another wonderful thing about this home is that any information you may need to know is easily accessible throughout the cabin. Clear instructions are found everywhere and almost everything is labeled. Such a nice bonus! Even if you did need to reach out to the owners you’ll get a quick and helpful response. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will stay again in the future!

Totally private and wonderful. Definitely recommend being there at check in bc it's not the easiest to find. That whole valley is an internet hole so use the day light to make yourself familiar with the hill! It's really all about the kitchen, the decks and the bathtubs! HEAVEN! I love this house and it's one of my favorites! The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with everything you need, the deck is possibly where i found the most peace in a long time and the bathrooms are amazing! Love this airbb

This place was HEAVEN. The name rings true here. You are up in paradise. The house is immaculate, so clean. And the home is so beautiful. It had everything we needed (except dish soap, but that’s clearly stated you will need to bring certain things, but we were totally fine with that. They have a dishwasher, so most things could be cleaned). It is literally in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, so it took all but 5 minutes to get to all the places we wanted to go. Our whole group of friends agreed this was our favorite trip we’ve taken. And this house was a major part of that. Also, SO kid friendly. We have two under 3 and they had baby gates, a nursery, bottle dryer, high chairs, and monitor. It really made this trip soo much easier with kids. We are going to be back next year and we are absolutely using this host again!! They were really amazing.

The house design is fantastic. It's game room is great. My family loved their stay. I'm hoping to stay again. NOTE!! I'm a retired residential remodeler of 30yrs and I'm going to make a few recommendations: 1) better quality of paper towels and toilet paper. 2) better garbage cans (the lips kept coming off). 3) at least one shower on each floor should have a 48" horizontal grab bar on the back wall & a movable seat & add-on hand held shower head....these changes shouldn't costs more than $500/shower. Again, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for creating such a wonderful home.....Larry
