We had a great time visiting Nashville during the CMA Festival. The pretty, quiet neighborhood was a very nice change from the bustle and excitement of downtown (which was super fun!). Hosts Cathy and Randy were very helpful guiding us to what we should see, where to hear music, and good restaurants

Judy made our stay fabulous. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and self check in was easy. We will book again when travel to Nashville or close to. Did I mention how clean the place is? It was a nice quick ride to broadway but far enough away to feel like you are away from everything. So nice to have a quiet space to re set from the hustle and busy of the city. Cleaner than a hotel and comforts of home. Perfect stay!

The host was very responsive when I had a question. Seems small, but I loved having the Brita water pitchers in the fridge.

Bill was an amazing host, the pics do not do it justice. We were greeted by the welcoming committee or as I lovingly refered to them a gang of attack chickens. They were super cute and friendly. We spent most of our time on the lake fishing during the day and fished the pond in the evening. just a great place to relax and get away from everything and connect with nature.

This was my second visit to this location..it is in a good neighborhood and close to downtown. Enjoyed the stay. 😎

We enjoyed Travelers Nest. The bed is comfortable and the unit is clean. It is convenient for motorcycle enthusiasts. It is 20 minutes from the Tail of the Dragon and it’s not much farther to other riding in the area. We were enjoying ourselves so much we extended our stay for another night. We enjoyed Cilla’s delicious welcoming muffins. The unit has plenty of towels and there are extra personal amenities in case you have forgotten something. Very nice touch! Cilla was friendly and very accommodating.

Everything I expected. Stairs to get to an apartment above the main home (which is clearly described). Interestingly, although it’s on a somewhat busy street, the apartment’s location in the back of the house was really quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable and the blackout shades were appreciated. Bathroom/ shower were fine. The weather was sketchy for most of our stay, otherwise we could have walked to all of the outstanding restaurants at which we ate. We walked to and from Nissan stadium for concerts. I’m not sure if I would have felt quite as safe at midnight if there had not been a ton of other people walking that far, but perfectly fine during the day. Frank was really helpful with almost instant response to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

A great place to stay! Host was very communicative, and handled any issues with great professionalism and politeness. Uber finding the address was a little hit or miss as the property is tucked back. But, a simple message to the Uber driver, everything was fixed. Would defiantly stay again!

My friend and I had a great stay! John was super helpful and responsive, the Airbnb was very cozy and we can’t wait to come back!

Hope’s place is AMAZING. Comfy bed, a variety of coffee options, a small but roomy kitchen space with all of the essentials and a spacious bathroom. Loved our stay and would absolutely book again.

Alice's airbnb was very private and peaceful. I enjoyed seeing her animals, especially our sweet visit at the door by one of the roosters. The space was just big enough for my husband and I with our dog Toby. The place was very clean and the bed so comfortable. She's in a great location for you to see what all the Shawnee National Forest has to offer and so much more homey than a cabin. Some of my favorite areas to visit were the Garden of the Gods, Cave in Rock, Burden Falls, Iron Furnace, Dixon Springs, Chocolate Factory, and Garden of the Gods Outpost store had anything you could want. These are just a fraction of what there is to see in the area. We were able to see a lot. Brochures available were helpful. Favorite restaurant there is Shotgun Eddys. Great tasting food and big portions. The breakfast is the best as well as the fried fish. They have a bloody mary that's a meal in itself. I had the pleasure of meeting Alice and hope I get the chance to stay at her place again.

Katie and Aaron were excellent hosts! We travel to Nashville 2-4 times each year and have tried several AirBnbs, but none of them compare to this one. Their home is quiet and peaceful and was the perfect place to relax while our child was attending summer camp. The guest suite looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. We will be back in the future!

Olivia and Brennon’s place was awesome. Quaint little town with some great restaurants. The setup was extremely functional and gave us plenty of room. Met Brennon before we checked out and he was very nice and easy to talk to. Thanks for being great Olivia and Brennon!

It was a nice place ! We enjoyed it very much! It was our first stay in Nashville , and Ronnie Lee made it very easy to relax and have a high quality home go to after being at CMA fest. Very classy home and it felt like it was our home away home while we were there! It is easy to see how he cares that his guests are always welcome to come visit, and takes care to ensure the guests comfort! Highly recommend this home!!

The place is first class, clean and organized and everything is there you'd need. In a great neighborhood, near a good restaurant, and a good walking area. All in all, I'd go right back again to Bobby's place

a great place to stay. Bunch of middle eastern restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Not too far from the airport and not too close to the downtown.

We stayed at Kelly’s Jubilee, where bohemian whimsy dances hand-in-hand with Appalachian charm. From the moment we were greeted by the magical “boat house,” we knew we were in for something special. Our room was cozy—on the smaller side—but thoughtfully packed with every amenity imaginable, like a little treasure chest of “just in case” comforts. Nestled above a gently babbling stream, we fell asleep to the soothing soundtrack of flowing water—a lullaby for the soul. A truly enchanting escape. Depending on which cabin you stay in, be sure to bring a can of cat food, some treats, or a scoop of cracked corn for the charming morning bellhops who checked us out—they take their job very seriously (and accept tips in snacks).

Deborah and Greg's unique place was the perfect option for a weekend in Nashville! I was treating my neice to a belated birthday adventure and it was such a fun place . Deborah and Greg were lovely hosts and my neice and I loved chatting with them about all thing dogs and music related ! It's on a quiet cul-de-sac and we ubered to our event easily. Will definitely be back .

First of all I have to say how incredible Patrick and Janet are as hosts. We are from the UK and have travelled all over the world using Airbnb. These guys are the best. So helpful and lots of tips of where to go and what to see. Communication was excellent, always quick response and available if you needed to ask a question. Patrick and Janet were wonderful to meet and we felt they began as hosts and we left them as friends.. The accommodation was fantastically well equipped, amazing and fun. Super clean with the most comfortable bed. And what a bonus to have a game of pool or darts in your own private bar/games area. Having access to the swimming pool and patio was great to relax, with a coffee or glass of wine or even better to have a chat with Patrick & Janet. (such an interesting couple) The location is peaceful and so easy to grab a quick Uber into Downtown, East Nashville or Grand Ol Opry. The ‘ Not So California Hotel’ and Patrick & Janet are fantastic in equal measure

This place was a little piece of heaven. We were looking for somewhere quiet, relaxing and close to waterfalls. It was perfect. The attentions to detail was impressive. Decorated so beautifully and we loved all the positivity in the quotes and sayings. The host communicated with us very well and worked with us on changing our plans. Highly recommend staying!!
