Apartment holiday rentals in Cumbre del Sol

I loved the apartment, it’s a big open living area with a fantastic terrace looking southwest to the most amazing sunsets. Perfect location, a few kilometers from Moraira with all amenities within easy reach. Eva was very attentive and approachable, although I didn’t have any problems during my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, it’s the perfect location for me!

Fantastic apartment right on the beach of San Juan! The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and great for a couple with a child. With more people, however, the apartment would quickly become too small. Otherwise, 100% recommendation and the hostess was fantastically nice to us and very flexible with check in and check out. Thank you again for that🙏🏼

Really enjoyed the whole accommodation both indoor and outdoor with everything catered for. The whole complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. The beach is immediately accessible from the pool area and was never crowded and had safe bathing. Good choice of local restaurants and a use Spar supermarket only 200 metres away.

The apartment was located in the center, yet quiet. What I also loved was the decoration, nicely decorated and the kitchen had a lot of material compared to other vacation rentals. Everything was provided of towels, soap, etc. Thanks for everything!

Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

I recommend this accommodation with my eyes closed, Carmen was very kind and responsive. The apartment is beautiful, clean and very well located. It's a favorite for us. Thank you Carmen for this fabulous Airbnb.

The apartment was in perfect condition, impeccable, very comfortable and with everything you need. We also loved the area of the accommodation, next to the beach and close to supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. and all kinds of restaurants. The host was attentive at all times and provided all the amenities during the stay, highly recommended, I would definitely repeat! 10.

Lovely apartment and area was perfect

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

I booked the apartment for the second time and there will definitely be a third time. It is clean. Located within walking distance of the boulevard. And you look at the pool

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

Beautiful accommodation

The apartment was just like the photos, beautiful, clean and included everything you need to spend a few days on vacation, as well as extra details from the host. She was very attentive to us from day one, allowing us a flexible schedule, and being very pleasant and attentive. I would definitely return to this apartment if I ever go back to Jávea, and especially with this host.

Fantastic stay at Fer's! She is a very responsive and attentive host, made sure everything was as easy as can be for us. Everything was perfect and we didn't feel we were missing anything.

Tina and Roger are adorable, the accommodation is perfect. With a key box and a parking space right in front of the terrace. Extremely clean and functional, there is everything. It is as relaxing as it is well located and close (by car) to many tourist sites. Access to the pool is a real plus because it is quiet and the view is breathtaking. We really enjoyed our holiday in Víctor's house. If you like walking, hiking, tranquillity and beautiful surroundings, you've come to the right place! The host responds quickly and friendly and the house is nice with a lovely balcony. You can also easily use the swimming pool. Definitely recommended! ⛰️

Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

This was our second time staying at Patricia's apartment and everything was perfect! We bought the grandparents this time so there were 6 of us and the apartment still felt spacious. The balcony is brilliant, a real sun trap and the kids loved the hot tub! The pool was great, although freezing this time of year but that didn't stop the kids jumping in. We had the whole pool to ourselves all week, amazing! The apartment is a short walk to the sandy beach where there are LOADS of bars and restaurants, so no car needed! We will be booking again for next year!

We had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, it has everything you need, kitchenware, appliances, etc., it's also clean and the decoration is ideal. The complex's pool is very large, with 2 slides, both my daughter and we had a great time, the beach bar is large and has several tables. To go to the beach you have to walk about 5 meters but it is a pleasant walk. Sonia is very kind, we had good communication and she made everything very easy for us, she is a very good host, she had prepared a basket with breakfast products for us. We will definitely repeat.

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.

Excellent experience! The Airbnb is perfectly impeccable, you can tell that they have taken care of every detail to make us feel comfortable. I really liked the location, the place is very quiet but at the same time it is close to the areas of interest. Excellent communication with the host as well. 10/10, We will definitely be back!!
