The majestic Peñón de Ifach can be admired through the expansive windows, and Calpe's most renowned beaches lie on either side. A twelve-minute walk to the right takes you to Cantal-Roig and Arenal-Bol beaches, while a fifteen-minute walk to the left brings you to La Fossa beach. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.
