House holiday rentals in Cupra Marittima

Abbiamo trascorso in 8 amici un fine anno e inizio 2025, in un posto splendido. Posto tranquillo e perfetto per trascorrere giornate in relax, tutto al casale è stato impeccabile, la casa è molto calda e ha tutti i confort a portata di mano; le splendide giornate che abbiamo incontrato, ci hanno permesso di scoprire i dintorni favolosi di queste terre. Vorrei fare un complimento a Valter, splendida persona che si è messo a piena disposizione, rendendo il nostro soggiorno come se fossimo a casa. Grazie a tutti, non mancherà il nostro consiglio positivo a chi vorrà soggiornare a casa Argentella. Un arrivederci a presto.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Belle maison, très propre. L’environnement est calme. Bien placée pour découvrir la Riviera del Conero. La piscine est un grand plus lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Elle a été très appréciée par les enfants. Nous recommandons ce logement

Très belle propriété située au calme, spacieuse pouvant accueillir un grand groupe d amis ou famille. Très propre et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Une voiture est nécessaire pour pouvoir se deplacer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Raffaella.

Das Haus von Benjamin ist wirklich wunderschön und vor allem war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (ausreichend Geschirr, Handtücher, Küchenutensilien). Die Kommunikation war Benjamin war super und aufgetretene Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Benjamin hat uns zudem tolle Restaurants und Strände empfohlen. Das Haus liegt in absolut ruhiger Alleinlage und hat einen tollen Pool.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Het is een prachtig en goed onderhouden huis. Veel accomodaties begrijpen niet goed dat het eigenlijk vrij simpel is om mensen blij te maken, namelijk zorgen voor schoon huis, keuken met alle spullen, apparatuur etc wat je nodig hebt, goede douche, lekker terras. Bij Fiona klopte alles. De ontvangst was heel netjes door Thomas. Het huis is heel ruim, een hele grote keuken, heel veel praktische zaken zijn op voorraad al en daar kan je gebruik van maken. Het zwembad (wij waren er in mei) was al helemaal up and running en op temperatuur. Heel fijn dat er een hek omheen zat zodat de kleine kindjes er niet zomaar bij konden. De wifi was ook ideaal, ik heb zowaar een aantal werk gerelateerde videocalls goed kunnen doen daar. Anyway, gewoon een huis met hoge standaarden, groot (overdekt) terras, lekker in de schaduw.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großartigem Pool und ideal geeignet für sonnige Tage. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank!!!

Very well equipped typical historic country house right in the center of Sirolo which is perfect for enjoying the full range of things to do there. However, it‘s right in the center where there is full Italian night life until 1am at least when the weather is warm. So a lot of noise outside. We knew this beforehand, so no problem for us at all. If you need silence to sleep, maybe think about it twice.

Ein hübsches Reihenhaus in der zauberhaften Altstadt von Recanati! Herrliche Ruhe, kurze Wege, bequeme Ausstattung und sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin! Die Stadt liegt auf dem Hügel und die Aussicht von Antoniettas Haus ist so schön - eine unglaubliche Weite, die mediterranen Dächer und die gute Stimmung der Stadt. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

Great place in the countryside of Abruzzo. The whole property is divided into 3 apartments - me and the family rented the whole place and enjoyed our time together. It’s easy to find, close to Pineto, Silvi and surrounding villages. Recommended!

La casa di Caterina è veramente un gioiellino! Pulita e ordinata, comodissima da vivere e in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere a piedi stazione e altri servizi così come il lungomare! Se tornerò a Porto San Giorgio sarà la mia prima scelta! Complimenti Caterina e grazie

Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

Aldo ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber und alles war wie erwartet. Die Gleise verlaufen direkt am Airbnb, stören aber nachts nicht groß. Die Lage am Meer ist super - schnell findet man leere Plätze. Der Ort ist klein, aber man halt alles in der Nähe, was benötigt wird. Für größere Supermärkte kann man sich ins Auto setzen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Das Haus von Loredana liegt ruhig ohne Autoverkehr im kleinen Ort Spoltore, unterhalb von einem kleinem Platz und mit großartiger Terrasse. Ausblick auch auf die Berge. Ortsmitte in wenigen Minuten mit Bar, Pizzeria und Bäckerei und weiters auch netter Supermarkt zu erreichen. Das Ort ist für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub perfekt. Sehr sympathisch mit Möbeln zum alten Haus ausgestattet, aber mit allen modernen Notwendigkeiten wie guter Gasherd, großer Fernseher und leiser Klimaanlage. Loredana hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns vorallem bei der Suche nach einem Arzt sehr geholfen. Das kostenlose Parken oberhalb des Hauses mit wenigen Treppen ist problemlos. Wir haben die Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit des Ortes und des Hauses 14 Tage genossen.

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette maison en Italie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un panier d'accueil rempli de délicatesses préparées par nos hôtes, dont un gâteau fraîchement confectionné, tout simplement délicieux ! Une attention délicate qui a donné le ton parfait à notre séjour. La maison est superbe, parfaitement équipée et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne italienne, idéale pour des moments de détente inoubliables. La sérénité des lieux nous a permis de nous déconnecter complètement et de savourer chaque instant. Nos hôtes ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité, toujours prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions ou à résoudre les moindres soucis. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de merveilleux souvenirs et avec l’envie certaine de revenir. Merci pour cette hospitalité exceptionnelle

Lucia è una host premurosa ed attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti! Ci siamo sentiti a casa. L’alloggio è caratteristico, curato, super pulito e offre la giusta privacy. Lo spazio esterno ti fa sentire fortunato di aver scoperto un luogo immerso nella natura a pochi minuti dal centro di Ascoli. Il nostro è stato un soggiorno purtroppo veloce, ma ci ha lasciato nel cuore la voglia di tornare alla casa sul fiume al più presto. Grazie ancora a Lucia e alla sua famiglia per la bellissima esperienza.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Potrei descriverla con un semplice: “wow” . Posto davvero incantevole e casa stupenda. Curata nei minimi particolari con una bellissima vista mare. Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni e posso solo dire che mi sono sentita come a casa mia. La casa ha superato tutte le mie aspettative, è stata calorosa, molto pulita e accogliente ( come anche l’host Angelica, che la ringrazio infinitamente) . Era dotata di tutto il necessario, forse anche più del dovuto! Si trovano raramente questi gioiellini, quindi posso solo che consigliarla! Un posto davvero incredibile!!!😍 Ritornerò sicuramente 😊😊

La casa di Sabina è un autentico "locus amoenus" in cui ho trovato la semplicità, l'accoglienza discreta e la pace che cercavo. E' davvero un bel posto situato in un contesto agreste molto interessante da scoprire; comodo al mare e vicino a luoghi i interesse culturale. La casa è arredata con gusto , perfettamente in sintonia con il contesto. Sabina e Emir....sembrano quegli incontri dei quali ci si chiede se non li si conosca già da anni... sempre pronti, amichevoli, ma mai invadenti. Due care persone. E i loro cagnolini, due personaggi sbarazzini che arricchiscono il valore del soggiorno. Tornerò! Paola

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Die Unterkunft von Caterina ist jederzeit zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Gegend um Sirolo lädt zum guten Essen und Ausflügen ein, wir waren schon mehrere Male in der Gegend. Bei Caterina hat es uns am besten gefallen, die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, der Wohnbereich ist schön geräumig, die Kommunikation verlief sehr angenehm.

A casa di Pasquale ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo a casa nostra, gli host ci hanno accolto calorosamente e la casa si trova non soltanto in una posizione ottima per visitare i borghi circostanti ma gode anche di una vista incredibile e di una pace senza pari. Noi siano andati con il nostro cane e grazie al giardino e alla posizione della casa ha potuto stare tranquillo e vagare libero senza problemi. Consigliamo tantissimo e ritorneremo assolutamente!
