Es war alles super, die Lage, die Wohnung, die Gegend und Renate auch🙂 Sie hat uns mega Tipps gegeben von Freizeitaktivitäten bis Restaurant-Empfehlungen. Die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert und hervorragend. Falls wir wieder in die Gegend fahren, kommen wir unbedingt wieder zu Renate. Vielen Dank für alles.

Vi hadde et flott opphold i den fine leiligheten, med vakker utsikt og bare 2 minutt til stranda. Å starte dagen med frokost på verandaen og se utover havet er perfekt. Leiligheten er stor, men litt lite kjøkken hvis du ønsker å lage litt mat selv. Kunne vært litt mer kjøkkenutstyr for selve matlagingen. Slutten av april var fint for oss som liker å gå turer og sykle, med fin temperatur og i tillegg mulighet for strand og bad noen dager. Veldig fint å sykle eller gå langs stranda eller strandpromenaden. mange gode fiskerestauranter og en opplevelse å sitte sammen Italienske familier som virkelig kan å kose seg med et langt måltid. Nydelige omgivelser i åsene rundt, og byen har mye å by på. Matteo var imøtekommende på spørsmål, fikk blant annet nye puter da de som var der var veldig harde (sofaputer). Vi vil gjerne booke denne leiligheten igjen.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Bruno per 12 giorni, ed è stata una delle case più belle che io abbia mai prenotato su Airbnb. Bruno è un host gentilissimo, ci ha accolto appena arrivati a Grottammare anticipando il check-in facendoci trovare la casa subito pronta. Durante il soggiorno ci ha dato consigli utili su dove mangiare e cosa vedere. L’appartamento è molto bello é a 10passi dal mare. Sul lungomare ci sono molti stabilimenti e c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta su dove prendere ombrelloni con lettini ma c’è anche molta spiaggia libera. La casa è l’ideale per chi ha figli perché è spaziosa e ha tutti i comfort necessari per passare delle ottime vacanze. Le 2 camere da letto sono molto spaziose e il bagno ha una bella doccia. La cucina e la sala sono spaziosi e il patio è perfetto per stendere. In conclusione l’abitazione e Bruno sono da 10.

Romina è un host molto gentile, socievole e premurosa. Consigliamo il suo alloggio che è adatto alle esigenze di tutti i viaggiatori.

We had a fantastic stay in San Benedetto del Tronto. The location of this apartment is fantastic and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach in under a minute. Our boys really loved having the outside space and Marco was very friendly and helpful.

Loved this place, hosts were very welcoming, although there was a language barrier, they were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend and would definitely return.

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

Es war eine wunderschöne Unterkunft! Wer Ruhe finden möchte in herrlicher Natur ist hier genau richtig, Irene ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und hat den Hof mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist einfach perfekt wir fühlten uns unheimlich wohl♥️ und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Jeder der ein Auge für's Detail hat spürt dass hier auf einfach alles geachtet wurde. Appartamento nuovissimo accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari. I padroni di casa persone accoglienti simpaticissimi cordiali e molto ospitali.....ci torneremo ancora

Abbiamo fatto una vacanza al mare perfetta grazie a questo alloggio. Posizione - Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, casa con le finestre Nord/Est perffeto per l'estate (dentro era abastanza fresco anche senza usare la clima) Allogio - pulito e accogliente, dotato di tutto necesario per una vacanza al mare. Terazza ampia e quasi sempre all'ombra (solo in mattina è sotto il suole, che comuque non da fastidio per fare colazione) Elisa è stata un’ host professionale e super gentile! Da consigliare!

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

È stata una bellissima esperienza, ci è stato fatto trovare più di quanto c'era scritto nella descrizione. L'appartamento era molto bello e molto pulito, abbiamo dovuto comprare veramente pochissime cose. L'host ha avuto moltissime premure nei nostri confronti, rispondendo a ogni piccolo dubbio. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l'abbondanza di servizi essenziali offertaci dall'host. Consiglio caldamente il posto a chiunque voglia passare una vacanza a Civitanova Marche e dintorni, inoltre il posto potenzialmente consente di spostarsi esclusivamente a piedi. molto apprezzato anche l'ombrellone lasciato a disposizione dell'appartamento e saponi per la lavatrice. La casa è ben climatizzata ma rimane comunque fresca a ogni ora del giorno. Se tornassi in gruppo a Civitanova Marche sicuramente sceglierei questo appartamento.

L'appartement est très bien situé et très agréable. En dehors de la cohue. La taille est parfaite pour y passer un séjour agréable de plusieurs jours. Tout est neuf et bien propre. Et Gian Marco très disponible. J'ai également apprécié les instructions claires en ce qui concerne le fonctionnement de l'appartement. Un grand merci.

Host disponibile, cordiale, abbiamo subito instaurato un rapporto amichevole. Abbiamo fatto con lui una bellissima gita in barca sulla riviera del Conero, con spiegazioni dettagliate del territorio. Ringraziamo Francesco per il fantastico soggiorno.

L'alloggio ha corrisposto alle nostre aspettative, è fedele alla descrizione, curato nei suoi particolari e Patrizia è davvero molto attenta, disponibile e presente per venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti e risolvere piccoli problemi che possono verificarsi (come una ruota forata). L'appartamento è bene equipaggiato e quindi già perfetto, anche per il soggiorno estivo. Inoltre ci sono a disposizione le biciclette, utilissime, in una settimana non abbiamo mai spostato l'auto: il centro di sbt e il lungomare si raggiungono in pochi minuti con le bici. Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto, il suprlus lo fa poi sicuramente Patrizia, presente, gentile ma non invadente. Davvero tanti tanti tantissimi complimenti! E' raro trovare una host così attenta e un appartamento così ben tenuto ed equipaggiato! Se ne avremo la possibilità torneremo senz'altro! grazie

Roberto e Sandra sono stati impeccabili in tutto! Io e mio nipote ci siam sentiti come a casa, persone solari empatiche e super disponibili , che dire, davvero straordinari! Lo consiglio vivamente, posto molto bello, casa pulitissima e provvista di tutti i confort! Ci hanno consigliato posti da visitare, locali e ristoranti molto buoni della zona! Tutto perfetto e ritorneremo sicuramente altre volte! A presto, un abbraccio fortissimo ad entrambi! Grazie di cuore!!!

Appartamento pulito e ambiente curato in zona tranquilla vicinissima al mare. Alessia gentilissima e disponibilissima, difficile da trovare tanta disponibilità al giorno d'oggi.

We had a great time. 🙏❤️ For other tourists: keep in mind it’s better to have a car, otherwise it’s quite difficult to get around. All the time indications are considered by moving by car: Beaches; 14-20 min. Really great: Marcelli (for kids) Numana, Urbani, Mezzavalle, Osimo: very nice medieval village: 10 min. Recommended: Caffe del corso. Very particular tasty desserts 😉 Ancona: 15-20 min. Supermarket: 5 min. You definitely should visit Sirolo. Consider that we had vacation beginning of June. Even though not crowded at all in this period, parking is not always easy when you go to the beach.

Posto tranquillo, incantevole. A 7 minuti dal lungomare. Pulitissimo,attrezzato molto bene e celeri alle info sia sul posto che all' appartamento. Posto tranquillo non si sente un rumore, ventilato così si può mangiare fuori con una bella brezza. Consigliatissimo.
