The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

It is located in the middle of the countryside of Lautrec, at the exit of the small village of Puycalvel. It is a luminous single storey house of 55m2 which opens onto a large terrace.
