The Buttonhole

The gite at La Boutonnière is part of a traditional longère set in the quiet countryside near the village of Sully. It has two bedrooms, each with either a double or two single beds, a large living room and a fully fitted kitchen. There is also a garden outside for guests to use and secure storage for bikes. The gite is located near the Morvan National Park, close to many good walking, cycling and climbing areas, and of course, very close to the vineyards of Cote de Beaune.

Passionate about my region, gardening and restoring my property, I would be delighted to welcome my guests to the old supply (with the vestiges of the bread oven) of my former presbytery transformed into a charming little house with all the comforts (queen size bed) needed embellished with a pretty terrace overlooking Autun and its cathedral. Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

In a green setting of the surrounding countryside of Autun, a Gallo-Roman town renowned for its cathedral, historical monuments, museum, lake, golf, tennis and not far from the archaeological site of Bibracte. You can also take beautiful bike rides (greenways nearby) or in the forest. We are close to the Wine Route. You will be won over by the charm of this welcoming, quiet and relaxing place.
