The space is wonderful, and the view from the apartment is perfect, hot shower, perfect bed, everything smells good and is clean. There is a market on the ground floor with a lot of variety, and on top of all that, Laís responds super fast and helps with what she can. I'll definitely go back.

Excellent apartment! Very well located and fully equipped. It has a water filter, a coffee machine with complimentary capsules, good pillows and extra blankets. The condominium offers laundry, swimming pool and gym. Also very safe. Paula was super helpful and responded quickly whenever I needed. I recommend it!

What I liked the most about Amanda is her willingness to fix whatever needed fixing. My criteria were security, walking distance to my friends’ place within a 6 km radius, and a kitchenette. Rua Comendador Araújo gets you to UFDP via the pedestrian street rua XV de Novembro, Passeio Publico, historical district, Museu Ferroviário, mercado municipal. Across the street, at 24horas, you find the Omnibus de Turismo. For 50 BRs, you get to discover most of the touristic places. You can get on and off the bus as often as you want. Do not miss the Universidad Libre do Meio Ambiante. The Kitchenette has an air fryer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and plenty of sauce pans. The hairdryer and the iron work. The bed is extremely comfortable. The pillows are clean. The bed linen and towels are of quality. I enjoyed the place and the magnificent view. I would rent it out again. The apartment is as described, very clean and organized. The location is great, the service was excellent! It was me, my husband, and two children. The space was very well attended and had all the necessary items.

The place is excellent, easy check-in and Rommy is a sweetheart, she let us check in before the scheduled time, gave tips on places to eat and to find a portable charger that I needed. I highly recommend it!

The house is a spectacle! Even better than it looks on the pictures. Huge and very well equipped. Marvelous grill, pool table, beautiful sound system. Pool, orchard, all very well cared for and spacious. Hercilio and Mirian gave us a warm welcome and were very attentive throughout our stay. The rooms are also large and comfortable. It really was a grateful surprise where everything worked better than expected.

Fabio was very attentive and always answered the questions. In the house we were greeted by Mr. Miltom, Fabio's father, a very polite and very helpful gentleman. The house was clean and very tidy and the neighborhood was quiet. Finally, I recommend Fabio's house as an excellent choice.
