Holiday rentals with a patio in Cutchogue

This is a lovely upstairs apartment about a half mile from a small marina with several good restaurants. You will want to get to the beach in Madison, a state park, rather than the Clinton beach which has high fees for non-residents. With that said, the gate is not attended after 6 pm when I sat and ate a lobster roll and then explored some of the history plaques to be found on the point. Catherine’s place was the perfect site for me to rest after a Hoffman retreat.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

We had a wonders stay, and could have moved it. Sue was very responsive to our questions. A very nice place to stay private and quiet.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. The space was exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable and clean, but not luxurious. Has everything you need for a short stay. I especially appreciated the free on-site parking spot. I would stay here again.

You can’t ask for a better host. Jessica and William were super friendly and welcoming. The space is quiet, even has cool swinging chairs that are attached to the ceiling…very comfy. Finally a host had a coffee pot not a keurig!!! I’d stay here again anytime! Thank you!!

Second year renting this house and it once again was incredible. The house, yard, pool and deck were perfect for our young family and dog. Spencer was incredibly communicative throughout the process and we enjoyed many of his listed recommendations! Southold is an amazing area and Seasound is the perfect oasis to stay while enjoying the Northfork!

This is a very clean and comfortable house with good quality linen and towels. There is minimal clutter and the place is well furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. The house gives off very good vibes. The view from the French windows across the deck to the little bay is exquisite. All in all, highly recommended.

We had such a fantastic stay in Cutchogue! The house is stunning, spacious and perfect for a group looking to enjoy North Fork wine country or the surrounding areas. All weekend we kept saying we would love to come back someday!

This was a great stay for a girls weekend! Super central location, walking distance to several wineries and restaurants, and host was extremely easy to communicate with.

Jennifer’s place is great and in an amazing location. We loved it and it was perfect for the weekend. Very clean, spacious and great backyard.

if you are looking for private, quiet, tranquil, beautiful, relaxing stay. This is the place. Private beach with comfy chairs, umbrellas, amazing pool and views, felt like a nature preserve. Walk to town. Apartment was great. I'll be back

A fantastic place to stay in the Hamptons, a special gem of a place located in the Dunes of Amagansett, will be back every year!

Had a wonderful stay with my family. Clean, comfortable, great location. Good communication. Had a little trouble with the front door first day but someone was available quickly to help. A+

This place is great in old-school AirBnB style. Feels like Nadine’s second home being shared with us. Quality finishes throughout, very well stocked in terms of glasses, plates, towels, etc. We came for a wedding but were able to have our own nuclear family reunion with three young-adult children coming in from around the country. The space handled us all with ease. The great room is spacious with a big table and even bigger sectional sofa. Just a great place to gather and hang out (which we did a little more than expected because of tropical storm Ophelia). We enjoyed the coffee and sandwiches across the street and brought in sushi and wine for one dinner, less than 5 minutes drive away. One quick note: 2 BRs not 3

Adam’s cozy cottage was exactly what I needed! I was visiting for a work event and I needed a quiet base-of-operations to answer emails and take calls. The unit was pristine, much more space than I anticipated. Hot shower, full kitchen, comfy couch, and a big bed. When I was ready to turn down, the stillness and quiet was breathtaking. Complete darkness. Whether you need an extended office / room for a business trip like me, or if you want a quiet, isolated getaway near Sag, this is the spot. Thanks Adam!

Andrew’s place was awesome. Just steps to a beautiful pool and the ocean! Couldn’t have asked for a better place.
