Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Da’an District

The space is large, convenient, and there are many restaurants around the neighborhood, and the host is very quick to message back. If I want to stay nearby 101, I recommend staying here.

Amazing location and stay with Ann. The rooms are very clean and living area very spacious. They even provided car for us to take us from Taoyuan airport to the airbnb which was so convenient and kind. There is shopping and local restaurants around. Easy to take the MRT and walk around the area. 7 eleven is right next door as well. The neighborhood is safe and also has buses nearby.

Great location right next to everything downtown. Tons of good restaurants nearby and lots to do. Apartment seems to be newly renovated and was great for our group. Has an interesting layout and everything you need for your stay. Would highly recommend!

Great host, clear instructions and easy to access the apartment. The studio apartment is quite spacious, better value than a hotel room. The location is great, easy access to shops restaurants, cafes and MRT. Good location for exploring the city.

This was a very spacious apartment in a wonderful location of Daan park, a perfect place for families staying in Taiwan. Big, clean rooms and comfortable main spaces. The kitchen was equipped but not for any real cooking (dull knives, basic pots/pans, no kids plates/cups) The toys in the garage ‘play space’ were a hit with our toddlers but became problematic because they always wanted to be out there and we couldn’t leave the door open because of the A/C inside and mosquitoes outside, so we had to sit out there while they played. I would have preferred just having a few toys inside the apartment. Check-in and out times were very strict ( $30 USD per hour seems a little insane for early check-in). The host team was very responsive, using an English translator. There were plenty of great restaurants and the giant Daan park nearby and a grocery store half a block away. Inside space was much more than we needed for 2 adults and 2 toddlers, but we’d stay here again!

Pei is an all star host. This is my second time staying at her place. Although the AC acted up my first night and would no longer run, Pei was super accommodating making sure I had another space to go to while repairs were scheduled

The location of this apartment is fantastic - not only can you walk to the super convenient MRT blue line in a few minutes, but there are countless great cafes, restaurants, shops, convenience store etc just steps away. The view is also beautiful and you get a lot of amenity from the little apartment. Like most flats in Taipei it's a pretty old building so it's not all that flash, but it's comfortable and Ivory was always responsive with clear and helpful instructions. Wifi was good, elevator is a plus & there's good closet space.

Fantastic place for our stay with two young children. Lemon provided a stroller, high chair and an assortment of other baby items that were so helpful during our stay. The large primary bedroom setup was perfect for our family of four. Every morning we would go across the street for 豆漿 and 蛋餅 and then head to the playground in Da'an (what more could you ask for?!) We had a few travel snafus that altered our check in plans and Lemon was VERY responsive and accommodating to our needs.

It was a very convenient location, with one train from Matsuyama Airport, close to the station, and many convenience stores and restaurants near the room.The morning market was also nearby, and we enjoyed fruits, side dishes, and fruit juice. The room was spacious and clean, and the TV, speakers, air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, etc. were new and easy to use. The host was also very friendly and kind, gave us a detailed tour of the room, and contacted us frequently. I was able to stay in this room very reasonably, and it was a good trip, thank you!

Audrey’s place is lovely! It feels more spacious than the photos show. The king-sized bed was really comfortable. It was also very quiet, well away from busy roads — it was very nice to hear birdsong in the morning. In all our many years of staying in AirBnBs, Audrey was the best host. Apart from being very responsive and helpful with regard to check in and out, she also provided some of her great home-roasted coffee :) … and some delicious homemade pumpkin pudding, and fruit. I don’t know if she has time to provide these for every guest, but we really appreciated it. We have already booked our next stay with her!

Amazing accommodation right in the middle of Taipei. Linjiang night market was literally two blocks away. Which gave us access to the delicious food at night, especially if we didn’t want to drive far away from the Airbnb. The place was clean and had all we needed. Emily was a great host. Very response. Highly recommend to stay at this place. If you can. You will not regret it. If you need help with finding the place, Emily will send you picture messages. It’s really not that hard.

The condo is very clean and feels brand new! The host responded to our requests promptly, making the stay even more enjoyable. There’s a 7-Eleven conveniently located just around the corner. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends when they travel!

I spent about 2 weeks here and had a great time. It's close to the Liuzhangli MRT station but is also fairly close to quite a few notable locations for tourists making walking possible. The only thing I disliked about the apartment was that it's close to a busy road and there's a bar on the ground floor next door. The windows didn't block a huge amount of noise so the traffic was noticeable during both day and night but on Friday or Saturday night when the bar would be busy I noticed lots of noise from it too. I slept with earplugs and it didn't really disturb me but it's something to keep in mind if you are an especially light sleeper. Thanks for a memorable stay!

i've totally enjoyed my stay here. i will list things i noted for myself while staying here: 1. convenient building, very easy to find and enter if you have heavy luggage, security guards always there, garbage collection point which is also appreciated as you don't need to chase the truck every day. have lovely rooftop, also gym and pool (didn't use) 2. location is amazing, not too far from metro. have night market just across the street. as well as any kind of store you may need. it's central so can get anywhere in the city quite easily. 3. the apartment itself very functional, plenty of storage space, full kitchen set, washing machine, AC, all the amenities. i must note the view from this apartment is itself worth the money and i totally loved big window wall with all of the sunlight coming in. 4. sometimes wifi stopped working for a short while and also wish it was bit more soundproof as i could hear neighbours walking past my door. i definitely recommend and would come back❤️

This was a great place to stay that is very centrally located to shopping, bus, subway, etc. And great to have 2 convenience stores directly downstairs. The building smelled/felt a little like dated apartments we've stayed at in Hong Kong. But the place itself was clean and neatly organized. More than adequate for us as a family with 2 kids. We were glad to have the kitchen area and washer/dryer in the apartment. As well as having multiple AC units and WiFi. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

what a wonderful apartment! Great location, extremely walkable, and we were able to get in and out very easily after full days of sightseeing. the place was clean and stocked with lots of toiletries and had laundry in unit. Plus, there was also a gym that was available early in the morning with cardio equipment. And the host was amazing! Shu Chi was super attentive and checked in on us often.

Perfect location with several metro stations nearby and Taipei 101 tower right in front. Well suited for group of friends with one big bedroom, two smaller rooms, a spacious living room area and a fully equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive and kindly arranged airport pick ups as well. The weather was unexpectedly cold but there were two big heaters which were very helpful. This place is highly recommended, and we would return any time!

Great place for families, my kids love the secret room. Location is good too, there is filtered water which is convenient. The bathroom is big, water pressure is decent, bidet on toilet. The A/C is cold and beds comfortable. The wifi is a little slow though. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend.

The apartment is exactly as described, and we had a very pleasant stay. Its location is excellent, with a metro station nearby that makes it easy to get around Taipei. The host was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help with an issue I had. We highly recommend this place. The stay exceeded expectations! This listing is actually a part of a serviced apartment so if we needed any cleaning or other household items that needed to be replenished, you are able to request for it. Christine was extremely responsive and was able to get us transportation to the airport when I inquired. Location is extremely close to the nearest MRT station which is great for getting around Taipei. Very happy with our stay!

Melky's place offered the chance to experience the city like a local. Located within walking distance to the train station, getting around the city wasn't a problem. It was fairly easy to get to Taipei 101, the observatory / shopping area (also home to a Din Tai Fung). Melky was very responsive and even gave suggestions about night markets to visit for pictures and food. I would love that chance to stay at one of their other properties in the future.
