I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. The entire building is divided into two sections, and can be separated by an intermediate chassis and used independently. As it is a little away from the city center, you can spend a quiet and peaceful time with your family, colleagues, and friends. It is located 10 minutes by car from Jukdo Beach, a major tourist destination, and 10 minutes from Jumunjin Seafood Market, so there will be no major problems considering the schedule or preparing the necessary items. It is a space where you can quietly enjoy healing in nature, and it is a small separate building consisting of a loft facing the valley. The interior is small, but the yard and site are spacious, so you can move freely, and there is a separate barbecue space. It can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. In summer, you can also put a tent in the yard or valley, and there is a valley in front of the house, so it is good for playing in the water, and you can see the wonderful scenery of Mt. Oda throughout the four seasons. The barbecue has a grill and torch, and you can buy charcoal and use it yourself. There are fire extinguisher, fire alarm, and gas leak alarm. Fridge, induction, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, air conditioner, fan, pot, frying pan, cooking utensils, towels, shampoo, and soap are provided.
