The headboard of the bed is made of natural cypress wood to help you sleep deeply. Under the soft lighting, you can feel the coziness in the arms of nature and experience a perfect rest that cleanses the fatigue of the day. In order to provide a special experience to our guests, we use Odaesan charcoal made from oak trees grown in the highlands of Gangwon Province. This charcoal, made in the traditional way, has a deep and subtle scent, and contains the energy of nature to create a more special meal time.

It is a small new building in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from Gangneung Station.Since my major was interior design, I was also interested in architecture.I put that long-standing desire into the Romantic House. It is a multi-story building with a modern and interesting structure built with a combination of white tones and wood. There are bathrooms on the first and second floors, and it is completely blocked from the outside, but it is designed to allow light and wind to pass through. The view, sunlight, and wind from the second floor are exotic, special, and even quiet. The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house. It is home to Alpensia and Yongpyong Resort that serve as the stage of Snow Festival. My house was the official lodging of the organizing committee of the Olympic Games in Canada at the 2018 Winter Olympics. They loved our accommodation very much.
