Monthly Rentals in Daepo-dong

The place was very spacious and new so we really enjoyed our stay. If you don't mind not having a sea view, this place is worth to book. It's in a residental area and having a kids' playground nearby so some noises can be heard but for us it was not problem at all, especially when keeping windows closed. We found couple of trash under the sofa and some stains here and there, but nothing too bad to complain about. I would book this place again if I will go to Sokcho some other time. :)

It's the same as the photo. It was good to stay conveniently. They respond quickly and the management is good. However, there were cases where the smell of cigarettes from other floors or adjacent rooms came up to the bathroom or window. There are times when I feel uncomfortable because of these people. Everything else was good. I want to go live for a month!

The house is very big. It was very spacious for our family of 7. The hosts live in the house, so it feels like you are in your grandparent's home. It was clean, but there are many personal items in the house. This didn't take away form our experience, but it wasn't a fresh pristine experience. The location is in a very quiet village. It is a little out of the way, so if you don't have a car, it will be difficult. Our family enjoyed the quiet location. The house was very clean. It was very comfortable. They also had a massage chair that came in handy after our 5 hour hike to Seorak Mountain. The water pressure was good and there was a lot of hot water. We didn't cook in the house, but if you did, there were a lot of utensils, cups, plates etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this house.

This home is a rare find! It's even more beautiful than the photos, being able to have lunch with a view of the sea or being able to see the sunset over the ocean from the place is extraordinary! In addition, the place was very clean and there is everything you need! The beach was just across the street so access was very easy and there was a delicious cafe nearby!
