Rent one when your in town. Just over an hour south of DC. This small town takes you back in time with events & local charm. This brand new rental is on the grounds of Rose Manor. Rose Manor was built 1896 it operated as the New Willard hotel for over 50 years. Come relax on its huge porches & enjoy the water view.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Colonial Beach! Ken was incredibly communicative and honest from the start, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The place was fairly priced, clean, and welcoming..but it was the personal touches that really stood out. Ken left a thoughtful note welcoming our family and even included some small items for our kids, which meant a lot to us. It’s clear they care about their guests and go the extra mile to make the stay special. Overall, just a great experience and we’d absolutely stay here again! ⸻ Let me know if you want to add anything specific about the house or location!

Was such a beautiful experience. Such an amazing place worth the stay! The kayaks and canoes were so much fun. Very clear instructions a binder full of instructions and very clear. Also in the binder has lots of cool things to do around the area 10/10 it was amazing!!!

Evie was quick to reply to all communications. The neighborhood is a perfect location; quiet, but easily accessible to businesses and all shopping in LaPlata as well as Gilbert Run Park. Evie presents her bnb quarters accurately. The bedroom and bath suited our needs perfectly.

We had a WONDERFUL time! The location can’t be beat - 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from a great brewery, and less than 10 min to the main boardwalk. The house itself was clean, nicely updated, and was beautifully furnished. They even had beach towels and wagons we could use! I would highly recommend staying here.
