This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. We recently spent six wonderful days in a beautiful villa in Cullera, just half an hour's drive from Valencia. The villa is located in a quiet, neat neighborhood and is ideally located within walking distance of the beach. What is immediately striking is that the house looks brand new. Everything is neatly finished, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the interior is tastefully decorated. There is more than enough space for a family, both inside and outside. The spacious terrace especially invites you to eat outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. One of the big pluses was the beautiful private swimming pool, which our children really couldn't get out of. Also practical: you can just park the car in the driveway, which is nice in this neighborhood. Cullera itself also has plenty to offer. The beach is wonderfully wide and clean, and a visit to the castle is definitely worth it. In short: a wonderful place where we immediately felt at home and close to Valencia!

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

Absolutely loved our stay — a true Garden of Eden. Surrounded by peace, nature and birdsong, we spent countless hours in the hammock, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the green all around. A perfect place to slow down and reconnect. Thank you!

We were very comfortable in this home. The place is cozy, everything was very clean and well kept. The towels were spotless and with a very pleasant aroma. In addition, Teresa had several details, such as leaving us coffee for breakfast, new scouring and cloth and personal care products such as gels, which is very much appreciated. Everything corresponded perfectly with what the listing indicated. Without question, a highly recommended stay.

Beautiful house where we enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and the beautiful decor. We found the different terraces by the pool and by the house very nice and tastefully decorated. We were missing a sink stopper and a parasol by the pool. This was immediately arranged when we asked about it. Very nice. The view at the house as well as the surroundings is really beautiful. Lots of options for walks. We'd love to come back.

A nice, comfortable and clean house. The perfect kitchen, has coffee maker, toaster and hairdryer, things we take for granted but don't always find. In addition to other details that demonstrate that they take care of the guest: sugar, some coffee pods, just enough for you to get to their home and feel like you are at home. Communication with them perfect, they are on the lookout for everything. House highly recommended.

We had a perfect vacation in Oliva! Pilar was really supportive and nice whenever we needed anything for our family trip. The accommodation was perfect for our small children. It was clean, close to the beach and restaurants and super easy to reach. We had an epic view of the ocean and the sunrise. Pilar was really friendly and did not hesitate to help us whenever she could and made sure we had the greatest time in her suite. By providing additional equipment for our little ones, she enabled us to leave the bulky luggage at home. This really stands out in my opinion! With all these benefits, the apparent is absolutely suitable for longer stays. We have been there for a month and would definitely do it again! Thank you Pilar for this memorable time!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to the sound of ocean waves and walking the beach every morning was glorious. Super clean, spacious, peaceful, loved the balcony and views! I can’t wait to return!

Selene always kept in touch with us, which we appreciate. His apartment is very comfortable, the views are spectacular. It is a place to disconnect, rest and relax (at least in May, the month in which we stayed). Although the car was parked on the street, we had no problem finding a place. The only detail was that the instructions for opening the door were not complete and we had to call him to explain it to us. Otherwise, everything was great; we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Paula Maria is an excellent host. From the beginning, her response time was quick and she answered all our questions and concerns. She is very attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment was very clean, with a spotless kitchen and bathroom. It is as shown in the photos and features a spacious terrace. It is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The apartment is also within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and has quick access to the main roads, which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Gandia, and it was a pleasure dealing with Paula Maria.

I spent two weeks or so in the property and enjoyed it greatly! The apartment is fully equipped and very beautifully designed! The apartment is very clean and well maintained! It is located in a very organized and well taken care of plantation with amazing view to the hills around! There is a largepool and a very nice sitting area around it. The owners Simon and his wife are very kind, attentive !and welcoming! I can warmly recommend staying in this property

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. The apartment perfectly matches the description in the ad. Folding chairs and parasols are available for guests to take to the beach. The washing machine has a short 15-minute program, ideal for a short wash of swimsuits, and has space to hang them. The sofa bed in the living room is quite comfortable.

The place is perfect for a quiet getaway, extremely cozy! Beautiful sea view from the balcony where you can have breakfast and enjoy the view! The beach is immediately outside the house, very clean and sandy. Thank you to the host for your cleanliness and hospitality!
