Holiday rentals with breakfast in Dakshina Kannada

It was an amazing stay; just had a bit of problem finding the place as g maps ensured to get us confused. But, better would be to call Rahana and follow her instructions & direction.. And once you are in Avaara, the real “HOME” in the word homestay just comes alive; I mean the care and warmth you get is out of the world. The hospitality and love we received from Uncle and aunty was amazing, the property was a stunner and Mr.Joy the caretaker was a joy in every sense. If Rahana was for the Homestay, Joy got his points for the food(he did serve us one of the best Mangalorean Chicken and bbq’s). Again thanks Rahana for this beautiful memory..Convey my regards and gratitude to uncle and Aunty ( we just loved those small parting gestures and goodies).. Avaara, we will see you again pretty soon 😁

The homely treatment offered by the host Bharat and Likhith was exceptional. We were a family who stayed at Nagasiri Homestay and visited nearby Hornad temple and other major attractions. Breakfast was delicious and of a good portion which enabled us to stay with full energy throughout our trip. Very understanding nature of the host impressed us. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend anyone anyday staying here.

Thank you Roylin for going the extra mile and enabling a beautiful stay at your home. The room was very clean and tidy, with ACs and other amenities. More importantly, the Saldhana's family were extremely warm to us and truly made it feel like we more family more than guests. We even had our service dog with us, who the family adored and took a fond liking to have their kids play with Archie.

The place is absolutely peaceful, serene and calm. it's away from everything else, so it's just you and the sea and silence. caretaker Naveen is available to keep the place spotless and clean and also run errands. would love to return

This is a great place to go with a group. The homestay is just on the side of a coffee plantation and the surroundings will make you feel one with nature. Shisheer was a great host, helping with everything we needed, starting from snacks, food, as well as local recommendations for visits.

I had a great stay at Rainy Cloud. The location is very accessible, and the place is neat and clean. The service was excellent, and the host was warm and welcoming. The food provided was good, though slightly on the expensive side. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Location is very tranquil, calm, and soothing. The hosts are very friendly did everything needed to make our stay memorable. Pallavi and her mother in law are very good cooks. We toured their farm where they grow coffee and pepper. There are a number of waterfalls and historic temples in the area that are worth visiting and not to forget the hikes that lead to beautiful views of the mountains and green valley. On areas for improvement, the place has one bathroom for a room of 8 people and an additional shared bathroom for the 3 rooms. The hosts can increase the number of shared bathrooms.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Their warm hospitality and no-fuss approach made our experience even more enjoyable. Would love to come back sometime soon!

The place is set about 20kms from Chikmagalur in the beautiful and green HanDi. The road leading up to the estate is surreal and picturesque. It’s is a quaint small town, quiet and away from every worry of the city and work life. The hosts we’re tremendously generous and have ensured our return to the estate. The beautiful trail outside our cottage, leading up to the peak of their dense estate, overlooking the forests was breathtaking. We also had dinner (super yummy and sumptuous meal) among fireflies! :) If you’re looking for a getaway for a 2 day weekend and are enthusiastic to be away from technology and spend time in meaningful conversations, this is the place to be!

Pepper Vines is a great place to chill with family and friends. Nestled amongst the wilderness of Chikmagalur, Sushvitha's place is a hidden gem. The food served is an absolute delight - don't miss out on these local cuisines!

Well, the stay at this property was good. Uncle and Aunty at the property were very supportive in all the ways and Inga helped us in every way to support us and ensure that we face less challenge while staying at her property. Overall, the place is in between Udupi and Mangaluru, hence, it was easily commutable.

Peaceful place to stay . Uncle and aunty who managed the property are very friendly. we loved the breakfast during our stay. i would highly recommend this place to people who wants to explore Mangalore and udupi.

Overall it was a great experience staying at this property. The host was gracious, always checking if I needed anything, was kind enough to wait for me to get back at night even though I was getting back to room later than expected. Will definitely recommend this stay and will also be the first option if I ever travel to Mulki again

Beautiful house in the middle of a coffee plantation a short distance away from Chikmagalur. Went with my cousins for a weekend and had a great time. The hosts are very nice people and our interactions with them were very nice and smooth. The rooms are quite comfortable. The home cooked meals were delicious. There's a nice little yard with a badminton net, you can also play cricket here. Recommend this place for groups looking to have a quiet time outside the city. The weather was lovely when we visited.
