Angeboten für 2 Personen, ausgestattet mit Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, einem großen Bad sowie einer großzügigen Essgelegenheit wird jeder Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Innen geschmackvoll , außen wohltuend!

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great-grandparents.

It features one bedroom, a cozy living room with large sofa bed, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and a sunny terrace. Whether a short walk to the swimming spot just a 10-minute walk away, a trip to the old town island 2.3 km or a detour to Potsdam about 15 minutes away – the area offers you the best conditions for relaxation and experiences.

Vacation home "Inselgarten"

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Apartment in Paretz with garden, 2 rooms.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. Welcome to our small, stylish holiday apartment at Kulturhof Götz! Where hayloft used to be, the loving restoration of a hundred year old roof beams combine with modern design. A garden invites you to linger in the cozy greenery and with some luck you can even experience one of our cultural events. The Havelradweg also passes directly by the house and there is a train every hour from Götz to Berlin in 40 minutes.

Escape to Tiny House Hilde/ 2 Stand Up Paddeling

Settle in in our "Hilde" – your charming retreat in a former campsite. The tiny house is well equipped and offers you a lot of privacy on the terrace with privacy. "Hilde" is the perfect place for two people or a small family and invites you to a break in city life. The garden has space for a small tent – ideal for children or extra visit. The tiny house is located in the third row almost directly on the lake.

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.

Vacation bungalow with conservatory, called "Hygge" by us, located close to Lake Netzen. There is enough space for up to 4 people. The area invites you to hike, mushroom, bike, paddle, fish... or just relax. Free parking is available in front of and on the premises (carport for one car).
