Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great-grandparents.

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. Our cozy cottage is your accommodation for a quiet holiday right in the forest or varied near three major cities. The house is cozy in the living rooms with a fireplace to heat. We live with our sled dogs on the adjacent park-like area. The forest begins right behind the property. There are several natural lakes, outdoor pools, swimming pools and spas nearby. Historical gem w/character

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.

This apartment is located directly on Lake Schwielow and was completed in the spring of 2023. It is fully furnished and modernly furnished. From the couch you can look directly at the lake.
