Bike storage in the building. Wifi. Connected speaker, private parking space, Kite surf spot in front of the apartment. Cats ⛔️

24 m2 balcony sea view studio, in a building with elevator, 2nd floor, one parking space. Sofa bed offering both a sofa during the day and a real double bed (140 X 200) in the evening (new! Installed in September 2024). Kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, combined microwave oven grill, vacuum cleaner, TV and Wi-Fi internet, bathroom with bathtub. 4 min walk to the beach, 2 min to the city center, 3 min to the supermarket and laundromat. We had a lovely weekend here. The house is nice, relaxing, you immediately feel very good there. It is ideally located at the end of the path, quiet, we hear the sea and the wind in the pine forest, and nothing else:) the sand garden allowed the children to play sand castles like at the beach while we enjoyed the sun on the terrace. Marie was very responsive and accommodating, it was great. We'll be happy to go back!

The veranda overlooking the small garden is a plus. The property is clean with all the necessities. Quiet decompressing is ideal. The beach, restaurants and shops are within walking distance in +/- 15 minutes. Sophie, the host, is pro-reactive which is also an advantage.

An address to remember!! Very modern and convenient accommodation. We really enjoyed the air conditioning. It was over 30 degrees during our stay and we had very good nights thanks to the air conditioning. Well located, beach and shops nearby. We did not use our car at all. We thank Louis and Estelle!

We had a great stay at Colette and François's, who are real hosts, who you never feel like you're disturbing, on the contrary! The house is beautiful and comfortable, the garden is beautiful. Within a 30-minute drive, there are many things to discover, of which we only had a glimpse, staying only 3 days!
