This is a health-oriented residence located 10 minutes away from Incheon Airport by crossing the Sindo Peace Bridge. It consists of a main building, Yongdu-ree, with a floor area of 42 pyeong, and two annexes, Dongwolchul and Seoilak, with a combined floor area of 8 pyeong. The buildings are constructed using only natural building materials sourced from nature, including pure reinforced red clay from Gwangju, cypress wood from Hwasun, Jeollanam-do, mica schist, and germanium schist. The main building, Yongdu-rye, is a space where you can experience a special residential form in a circular shape, with a spacious living room, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and even a separate kitchen.
