Its location in Cité El Wafa Mrezga Hammamet Nord puts it forward for its proximity to the beach Sidi Mahersi 5 min walk and its proximity to all amenities (Tunisian fast food, restaurant, Anouar Market, coffee shop, etc.). The apartment is equipped with 2 TVs, 2 air conditioners, oven, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, cookware to make dishes etc. with shared pool access and free car parking.

BEAUTIFUL STUDIO ON THE GROUND FLOOR IN THE CITY CENTER

We are renting out two adjoining studios attached to the family home. These have independent access. They share a garden, terrace (with private area for each of the studios) and a small pool. We offer a real Airbnb experience, so sharing and friendliness are the watchwords. As we are always asked the same question, I would like to point out that the pool is to be shared between the guests of the two studios and that we have never had to manage its access.
