Attenant au domaine, le gîte, avec son jardin privatif, vous offrira le silence de la campagne et une vue paisible. En été, vous pourrez bénéficier d'un accès à la piscine partagée. Family house of 200 m2 composed of 5 bedrooms, one of which is dedicated to a rest room and home cinema. Large space with a living room of 75 m2, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, rooftop, large terrace of 120 m2, swimming pool and jacuzzi (optional) and chicken coop. We ask tenants to feed our cats and chickens that stay outside. We are 15 min from St Emilion, 35 min from Bordeaux, 18 min from Libourne and 2 min from Branne where you will find all amenities.

Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
