Holiday rentals with a patio in Darling Downs

I can't reccomend Soul Beach Bungalow enough. The pictures do not do it justice. A beautiful private terrace to relax. An amazingly equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Everything has been considered and the whole place was spotless. The hosts were amazing - always there to answer any question and assist. Finally location is awsome and just a short walk to the beach. thanks Soul Beach Bungalow for a great stay.

Great central location. Great place to stay and share with another couple getting ready for a wedding. Plenty of space. Outdoor area was huge. Apartment was warm, clean and comfortable.

this is our second stay and again absolutely loved being here we will 100% be return guests it's a home away from just 1 million times better. Great location with fantastic views, perfect to sit, relax and unwind. Fully appointed kitchen to prepare your own meals, or lots of great options nearby to eat out. What an outstanding apartment and host! The apartment has absolutely stunning views across the Brisbane River to the CBD, which looks spectacular at night. The apartment has everything you need, is spotlessly clean and is in walking distance of South Bank and the CBD. The underground car park is a huge plus if you're travelling by car and Will kindly offered early access to the car park after the previous guests checked out, so I was able to park up and explore the area on foot until check-in time (which was also available earlier than scheduled). Will provides very clear instructions on the check-in and check-out processes and is quick to respond to questions. The only criticisms I can make is if you're a light sleeper (like me), the noise from the trains and the air conditioning might be slightly annoying, but you'd probably get used to these after 2-3 nights and forget about them.

Lovely place! Beautiful big pool. The morning sunshine through the window seat was sensational! Bed was super comfy. Carla was great with responsiveness. Close to everything and the room was SO quiet at night and peaceful

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The 2 bedroom apartment was lovely and had everything we needed and more. Rebecca made sure we had all the details we needed for a smooth check-in. There is a full kitchen, but if you're eating out it's a quick 5 minute drive to town. Tennis rackets and beach towels were also provided for guests. The apartment is on the top floor with a balcony and partial view of the pool, just keep in kind that it is stair access only. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Emma was a lovely and accommodating host, making it easy for us to extend our stay when our plans changed. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—close to fantastic parks and cafes. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

The views are awesome! plenty of board games and quality DVDs to choose from. Dog friendly however there is no fence if your pup likes to wander. The scenic lookout is just up the road (perfect for sunsets) and markets are on every second Sunday which was nice. I would recommend a stay!

Fantastic property in a beautiful spot. Only thing to note for future guests is that while the property is fully fenced, if you have smaller pets they may be able to fit through gaps in the fence so you need to keep an eye on them, especially the gate to the property which is on the main road as the yard isn’t fenced off from the driveway.

The renovated church had great spaces for hanging out, the place was spotless and the projector onto the ceiling was a unique touch.

What an amazing property! Everything from spectacular views to comfy beds. The thoughtfulness of a thousand little touches throughout the property doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for the extra carrots for the mini horses. I don’t know if the adults or kids had more fun feeding them 😆 Kids and adults alike were entertained with bikes, swings, a trampoline, farm animals, fruit trees, marshmallows by the fire, shooting stars, pink sunrises and breakfast BBQs. A truely awesome place to stay!

The house was clean, quiet and cosy and close to town. Great for a work stay.

A wonderful but all too brief stay on our way north. It was quiet, peaceful and in a great spot. Glasshouse Mountains views down the road are outstanding!

Such a beautiful place and such a peaceful retreat from the city! The hosts were very helpful with local recommendations and nature walks close to the house. If I were to come again I would make it more than a one night stay.

Great location. Easy walk into Mooloolaba. Clean, fantastic views, great no hassle communication. Had everything that we needed for a short 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend.

Graham’ apartment was great for a retreat after a busy work schedule in Brisbane. Close to walk everywhere and the pool and Sauna were great to relax in. However there is a bit of main road noise which didn’t bother me, but may not suit if you need it super quiet. All up a great long weekend with quality fit out all through. Thanks Graham

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely apartment during the Easter holidays! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was very comfortable for our whole family. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — from a fully equipped kitchen to nice and clean linens. The location was perfect — peaceful yet conveniently right at Mooloolaba esplanade, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Communication with Gysbert was seamless; he was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We left with such lovely memories and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Beautiful location and view. Lovely quiet accommodation with everything we could have possibly needed. Extremely clean and fresh. Excellent communication from host. 100% would recommend!

The apartment is so close to the train station and walkable to indro shopping centre, we enjoyed shopping and bought groceries nearby. The amenities were suitable for what we needed, especially the warm preparation and compliment from the host! Besides, Lucia and Trong are friendly, helpful and very responsive, all of us had a great time during the stay. Highly recommended to family and friends!
