Our house features a 1+1 layout and includes: • One bedroom with a double bed, • A living room with a convertible double sofa bed, • An additional single bed available upon request, • A separate kitchen and a bathroom with WC. The house can accommodate up to 5 guests and is ideal for families with children. With its high ceilings, airy design, wooden doors and windows, a fireplace in the living room, and carefully selected furnishings, our home offers a warm, comfortable, and peaceful environment where you will truly feel at home. The fireplace is actively available during the winter season. In our spacious garden, equipped with a garden table, a hammock, and a barbecue area, you can enjoy nature with your family and loved ones, spend pleasant evenings under the stars, and fully experience the serenity of Datça. Our property provides a free home-type charging station for electric vehicles. Guests may also use our bicycles free of charge, and during the summer season, they are welcome to enjoy our paddle boards at no extra cost to make the most of the sea. Each accommodation unit has its own private internet connection. This stone house offers high-speed internet of up to 170 Mbps, making it suitable for remote work. A free private parking area for up to two vehicles is also available for our guests. In terms of location, our house is: • Approximately 10 minutes from Datça town center by car or local minibus (dolmuş), • Only a 5-minute walk from Karaincir Beach. Our tiny house in the stone streets of Old Datça and its garden with a small pool will make you peaceful like a hidden paradise in the crowd. Fire in the fireplace in winter, cup in the pool in summer, food in the garden... Hot and cold air conditioning, hot water, iron, oven, baby bed, we tried to do everything fully. There is no internet. It is not possible to light a fire outside under any circumstances. The pool opens in mid-May and closes at the end of September.
