Amenities including an elevator, 4 pools (1 heated in winter) kiddie pool, snack bar, tennis & shuffleboard, BBQ, covered parking! The condo is 616 sq ft. It is located on the second floor and will accommodate up to 4-6 people. It features a king bed, bunks, and recently added bar stools, love seat and a sleeper sofa.

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.

We offer our guests beach chairs and beach towels….so just bring your flip flops and you’ll be ready for the beach.
