Beautiful condo. The kids loved the water park and lazy river. Can’t wait for my next Disney trip and book the same condo.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, providing a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The home is cozy, very clean, and well cared for. It offers plenty of space and features modern, up-to-date appliances that made our stay comfortable. Everything was exactly as advertised, with no surprises. The location is excellent—close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We loved everything, we are already considering renting it for our next vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is wonderful, very comfortable, well equipped and the hostess was very kind and helpful in meeting all our needs. We had a small problem with the air conditioning, but the hostess quickly sent someone from the team to fix it and we didn't have much trouble. The gym wasn't as close as we thought and only opened at 9am, so we ended up not being able to use it much. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will definitely recommend the house to our friends and are interested in returning.

Pictures don’t do this home justice! I was so impressed when I walked in. The living area is huge. The master bedroom and bathroom were both spacious. The two other bedrooms were nice sizes as well. Plenty of seating both inside and out for our family of four. After busy days in the park, we enjoyed the pool and spa and watching movies. The home was clean and well stocked. Communication was great, and host reached out before and during our stay to ask if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!

House was amazing and a great location. Our host was quick to respond when we had an issue and tried to fix it immediately. Love the resort amenities too! Definitely worth the extra $35 for use of them. Would definitely stay here again

This place is everything it states to be. We were very comfortable and anything that we brought up was addressed within the same day. Mary was remarkable and her husband as well. We would not hesitate to book this place again and will be recommending it to family and friends. Clean, comfortable, close to all that you could want, including theme parks. It was simply amazing. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The three-bedroom home was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing and feeling right at home. The pool was a great bonus, especially for unwinding after a day of exploring. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. Highly recommend for families or groups (and their pets) looking for a comfortable, homey getaway!

House was just like photos. It was clean. area felt safe and had lots of restaurants nearby. Pool and spa was wonderful. House is very spacious. Host is very responsive and gives great instructions on how to get into House and other information you need for your stay. Definitely will stay there again when in area.

The house was absolutely beautiful, well maintained & very modern. It was perfect for our families. The neighbourhood was stunning, the grounds & all are very well maintained . We had a few minor issues with the pool but it was quickly resolved. Marcy was very prompt responding to my messages & very attentive addressing the issue. Totally recommend this house, we’d definitely stay there again.

Put it this way... my family and I wanted for absolutely nothing during our stay. the amenities were top noch, the furniture especially the bed were of extremely high quality, the hosts are well. versed at the art of hospitality. the home was fully stocked and the decour was absolutely amazing. friendly and responsive hosts. they made us feel like family. Extremely private pool and hot tub with the TV. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

Beautiful, new home was just as pictured. Very clean with plenty of room for several guests. Check in was easy once we got to the house. Gate entry can be tricky and busy at most times of the day. Location is fairly close to freeway but can take some time to get there depending on the time of day you are leaving/coming. Pool area was nice as well, but we did not use the spa. Definitely recommend if Davenport is your destination. ESPN and Disney World are within 20 minutes or so. Great home to stay at!

My family had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! A few favorite things about the place was the balcony, the privacy with no neighbors behind us, and how quiet the neighborhood was. The only complaints from the kids was that there was no park or community pool access. The location is great and not too far from most major attractions. House was clean and very much represented the photos in the listing. Carlos and his team responded very quickly to any requests we had. We would be happy to stay here again!

We had an excellent 8-day stay at Jose’s place from May 12th to 20th. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big plus, making it very comfortable for our group. The pool was great, and we especially appreciated the free access to the community water park—it had everything you could want for a fun and relaxing day. Honestly, we barely needed to leave the property at all! If you’re looking for a well-equipped, family-friendly getaway, this is it. No recommendations—everything was great!

My family absolutely Loved this airbnb . The home was beautiful and had literally everything we needed inside to make our stay comfortable. The host communicated with me promptly with my requests. The jacuzzi was hot for us upon arrival . We cant not wait to travel to Florida again to book this home again . Thanks again everything was great ❤️

Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout our visit. The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed (and more). We especially loved the cozy touches like the soft linens, quality toiletries, and local guidebook. The location was ideal—quiet, yet close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had lovely stay at this property. Nadia was very friendly and instantly responded to messages. We were offered a late check out which was really appreciated as we had an afternoon flight home. The property was beautifully kept.

Awesome space for a family looking to spend some time at Disney parks and have a home to come back to relax. The rooms were perfect for the kids and adults. The patio, pool and hot tub were a great way to start and end the day. Well stocked kitchen supplies, pool and bathroom towels. Neighborhood is nice, quiet and private. It’s also within a reasonable distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The Host, Diane, was awesome. She’s responsive, the instructions were clear and available for each step of the stay. My family would return here for future stays when we visit Disney.

Great house, great location. Outstanding amenities. With access to the water park this home and community is a great family vacation. My grandchildren, adults children nephew all had a great time. As a family we made incredible memories. Great host! Strongly recommend this home. Had everything we needed? The under the stairs Winnie the poo room had great little toys for my 2 1/2 yr old grandson. We loved the pool toys. All in all great value.

Enjoyed the house and private pool. Only thing that didn't meet expectations was the workout room at the club house. It was hot and machines not cleaned or maintained.

This place was so beautiful and well taken care of I wanted to move in! Host thought of everything for our 14 day stay with 7 adults 2 kids and even a baby. Towels, huge fridge, great washer and dryer, park in walking distance, safety gate around pool, safety gates on stairs. Place was so clean and easy to keep that way. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again if Luis will have us.

We had a great time at Sarah’s. The home was within good distance to all of our main attractions, like Disney World and both coasts of Florida. The home was clean and welcoming. The pool was a major hit with the kids! We would stay here again!

We switched last minute to this home and I cannot say how awesome it was! Rooms are huge, but the biggest thing for us was everything was CLEAN! Larissa was lightning fast to get back to me with any questions I had. Located close to many amenities and it was a quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. We will be booking our future stays with them!! The fact that they are the ones responding back to you vs some random management team was huge for us as well. The place matched everything it described and more! Thank you again for the great stay and your quick accommodations for us!! 🩷
