Enjoy Coastal Cottage Living in a lovely one bedroom vacation villa within the activity-filled gated resort of Hilton Head Beach and Tennis. Completely remodeled from with all new fixtures, furnishings, housewares and accessories, this charming beach villa has just opened its doors for guests in March 2019. Amenities include coffee, cocoa, popcorn, breakfast treats and bottled water to consume; and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and other items to borrow while here.
What guests are saying:“A fantastic condo with a gem of a host (Patty)! Our stay exceeded expectations in every way. This place was perfect for our family of 6 (kids ages 15, 5, 4, and 3). Patty's condo is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and offered too many thoughtful touches to list. It's about a 2-minute walk to the beach and you pass a large community pool / restaurant on the way. My kids loved waking up early to pick up sea shells and also loved feeding the turtles located in the pond by the resort playground. This condo will always be our first choice for future trips to Hilton Head Island. Patty, thank you for the excellent communication and being such a great host!”

Just renovated walk to beach / restaurants / shops / grocery across the street, if you have been to Coligny Plaza you know there are way too many places to list, but we love that the Frosty Frog and Piggly Wiggly are two of MANY places right across the street! Unit has a queen in each bedroom and the sofa pulls out to a queen as well, enjoy cable, youtubetv, prime video or netflix! 2 car max per unit per association.

Newly renovated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath beach villa. Short walk to the beach, sleeps 6, screened balcony, washer and dryer in the villa! King bed, double bed, and double sleeper sofa. New furnishings, wonderful walk-in shower in the master bath.

The amenities at the resort were great. I was able to visit with my family that live in the neighborhood. My grandkids loved that we could play tennis, bad mitten, ride bikes, indoor swimming with a hot tub also. The kitchen had everything we needed to have most meals there. Having the use of a washer and dryer allowed us to pack less. I would highly recommend Steven’s place.”
