Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

Space is the upstairs of a duplex. Self check-in. Safe and friendly neighborhood. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Note: Access requires steep stairs, so it may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Friendly owners live downstairs and are happy to assist. The place is close to St. Ambrose, Genesis West, Restaurants, 5 min from Palmer, Downtown and Mississippi Valley Fair grounds, 12 min from Augustana and 14 min from the Vibrant Arena.

Peaceful and quiet home in Northwest Davenport has all the necessities for your stay. Not far from I-80, this is one half of a duplex unit. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Guests have access to the entire unit along with a large fenced in back yard. Garage access may be shared due to lawn equipment being stored there. ** Please note there are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the main level. One of the loveliest stays I have had. Jennifer was very warm & accommodating. Her place is a beautifully renovated home & the attention to detail (with regard to providing everything you might need) was such a lovely touch. I felt like i was staying with a long time friend or relative. 10/10 the next time i male this trip- i will definitely be staying here if it’s available.

Stayed for graduation at SAU and it was the perfect distance to the campus. The space was clean. The host was very flexible as we were able to add another night to the reservation two weeks before for the same price we booked, which was very nice of her!
