Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Davidson County

Fantastic place to stay that was located in an ideal spot whether you want to go down town or explore other spots in the area. The house alone had enough to do for an entire weekend from teeing off golf balls, relaxing in the sauna, watching a movie in the basement that gives an actual movie theater feeling and cooking amazing meals with the perfect kitchen loaded with all the tools to do so.

Our stay at the Kirkwood Cottage was amazing. The home was quaint, comfy, clean, and just as expected. It was a perfect place to come back to after exploring all that the Nashville area has to offer. We especially loved the screened in porch - We had our coffee there in the mornings and drinks in the evenings. The 12 south neighborhood was also an added bonus. Great restaurants, shops, and drinks within walking distance. We were sad to leave when our time was up.

This home accommodated us well with our large family. It was a nice get away from the city but close enough to go into town daily. Thank you!

Great place to stay if you have pets traveling with you! It has a fenced in back yard which is nice, but FYI that space is shared with 5 other condo units, although we never saw anyone else in the backyard when we were out there. Still very close to downtown and a nice area. Thank you!

What a wonderful spot! It was our first time in the Nashville area, but with dogs we wanted a quiet retreat outside of the city. This was perfect and only a 20-25 minute drive to/from Broadway, no problem. Beautiful area, perfectly clean, and comfortable. Had everything we could possibly need and more. Honestly it had us bailing from downtown earlier than planned to just hang out on the back deck and have our last drink lol. Definitely recommend if you want to do Nash, but mixed with a touch of peace in the woods!

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Our group of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. Super closed to Broadway, just down the road to some of the best bars! The place was comfortable, couch area seats so many, kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook full meals. The access to BBQ and pool area was awesome but does fill up on the weekends. The host is super responsive and answered all questions asap. Staff in the building is courteous soo friendly. Great spot!

Pavel and his place were super great! He was super attentive and helpful and recommended places to eat and go out. The home was clean and quiet. Everything was so amazing ! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others :)

Natalie is an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The thoughtful touches and great communication made our trip truly special. My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb. The BEST thing about this spot is the location. Super walkable to heart of Broadway, shopping, restaurants. You don’t need a car if you stay here. It’s a lot of folks staying in this building so around check out time the elevators can be slow. If you’re not carrying stuff you can easily take the stairs. We had 3 people each person has their own bed! The fridge has an ice maker! Parking a car is extra fee so consider that in your budget. I’ll DEFINITELY stay here again when I’m back to Nashville 🙌🏾

Ron & Susan’s place was above and beyond what we expected! Their home is beautiful, comfortable & homey, and is right in the thick of everything and everywhere of Nashville! Easy access to multiple areas either via walking or uber! The assigned parking space was awesome as well. Highly recommend Ron & Susan’s home and can’t wait to return! This is a very comfortable place to stay. Great neighborhood. Hosts have put forth alot of effort to make the apartment clean and nice given that it's an old building. Just know you're staying in a vintage-ey apartment. Great little extras to make it homey and convenient. Really well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. The king-size bed is soooooo comfortable! Easy access through the front of the building or through the porch door which is just to the right of the front door. There is some instruction that is confusing about entering through the back - don't go that way. It's on a busy street so there is some traffic noise at times. Plenty of parking. I was sent many emails from Airbnb and Music City Magnolia and I had trouble locating the check out instructions. There are many instructive signs around the apartment which was really helpful - one for what to do to check out (garbage, temp. setting, etc.) would be great. Lovely little place that we would use again!
