We had a great stay. It's nice, clean and comfortable. Especially the King master bed. Adrielle was responsive and communicated well. It's also only 3 blocks from the main strip in downtown. No surprises or misunderstood expectations here, this charming home presented just as it did in the pictures. Would surely recommend Adrielle and this home.

Perfect place to stay in Folsom. Super clean, well appointed, quiet, and close to old town Folsom. Eric provides very quick and useful responses to any questions. This is my second stay here and I plan on coming back again next year. Five stars across the board!!

This was perfect for a weekend girls' trip. The house was so charming, and the outdoor space was perfect for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Lindsey, our host, left clear instructions on how to enter the home and what to do at checkout. The kitchen was amazing, and the stove was perfect for preparing meals. I highly recommend this home and would love to return for another stay.

We had to be in the Woodland area for a few days for a family funeral. Mina’s place was just the right match of peaceful and beautiful to ease our spirits. It’s a gorgeous little cottage, decorated with a clean and stylish sensibility, and loaded with extras. Like full-size washer and dryer, full size refrigerator, lots of cutlery, tea, kettle, and even beautiful tea cups. The bedroom and the full size futon or perfect for accommodating 4 adults. Very comfortable beds. The neighborhood is so sweet, we felt safe and peaceful there. Lastly, I so appreciated Menno working with me over a last-minute change to our calendar. She didn’t have to and many Airbnb House wouldn’t make a last-minute change like she did for us. That kind of kindness goes a long way these days. Thank you Mina for having us. We will definitely hope to stay with you if we’re ever back again in Woodland!

KoKet is as beautiful as the pictures they posted. Friendly staff, and let to do. The Bar and Grill has amazing food and drinks!! This place is for the entire family!!

we were satisfied with the place although there were a lot if cob webs and the barn doors were pulling off the wall. would recommend fixing before renting again

Bravo!!! We ran a luxury rental property in Sedona for 8 years. It is very hard to find attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness in many rental properties. We were so pleased with this rental property. Trevor and Molly thought of everything. We thought we would get to spend more time at the property but we were out and about with family most of the time. I wish we could have spent more time on the patio. I did walk to the creek it was so peaceful. We will return soon, no need to look at other properties. While the property ran a bit higher than Roseville hotels it was 100% worth not dealing with other travelers. I’d rather be surrounded by fields and cows than pavement and people. We did not get a chance to check out the wineries. Dueling Dogs Brewery was fun and just down the road.

We absolutely loved this place💜 So quiet & pretty. The location was conveniently close to everything we needed and the view was amazing. I really enjoyed my morning walk through the trees. All the goodies the host provided were a big plus also 🤣 I can’t wait to come back and stay at Mary’s place again!

The cottage is lovely, well furnished and private. It is in a good location and an easy drive to downtown Napa or the surrounding area. Kay was very accommodating and had everything prepared for our arrival. Checkout was very easy. The cottage has all necessary amenities. Perfect place to explore the Napa and Sonoma areas.

Wow, where do I even begin?! Our weekend getaway was absolutely delightful, and the home we stayed in made it all the more memorable. We were there to celebrate a family wedding, and as we left, everyone agreed that we wished we had more time to soak in the charm of this lovely abode. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need and then some! Kippy had gone above and beyond by providing a pack 'n play and a stroller for my 2-year-old, which turned out to be incredibly handy at the wedding. It was clear that she had thought of every detail to ensure our comfort, and we couldn't have asked for a more gracious host. My son had a blast playing the various yard games and exploring the beautifully maintained patio area. The lush surroundings added an extra layer of tranquility to our stay. Whenever we find ourselves back in the area, we will definitely be hoping to return to Kippy's!

This is a brand new space tucked off the street, so it feels like your own private space. It has a lot of natural light and great amenities. I felt right at home and the bed was super comfy.

We had a great stay at the charming cottage. Staying on the vineyard was awesome. The area of Lodi and Caleveras County has a lot to offer and things to do. Francesca and Brian were excellent hosts. We will plan on returning for sure.

Kimberly n Steve !! We had the best time .. Woke up the next morning already missing the atmosphere… The place is beautiful yours guys energy n stories were just ass beautiful…& the pictures they have does not do the place justice!!! its is so fucking gorgeous and different and secluded which was the best… You have to walk around ! N feed there neighbors horses!! She has cherry trees /lemon tree & an orange tree…. If u got in the right season even have a lil section for an outside theater!!! The stay was so amazing… my fiancé An I went the occasion was for her birthday & Kim n Steve Fs knew how too make it feel special this is for sure one for the books & something we have too come re visit again !!!! Thank you Steve & Kim for the best getaway weekend!!!!! N for taking your time too bake for us n too listen too your guys amazing stories !!!! & the birthday muffins were amazing !!!! Ps y’all… Ask for the chocolate toffee … Best thing I ever had. Every thing was amazing!!
