Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Dawson County

The Cane Patch is our ‘Go to’ place when we are staying in Dahlonega. We love this place and rent it at least twice a year without fail. Ross and Evelyn are Super Hosts, have a hidden gem of a place, and have become our very good friends now for almost a decade. Walkable to town, the UNG campus, and any type of restaurant that you desire, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!

Location was very quite calming.

i was in the process of moving out of my house and needed something that allowed pets. The whole apartment was LVP and I had my own entrance and driveway .It was perfect for what I needed.

Shannon was a great host! The property was as described and in great condition and the location was perfect. We felt right at home for our weekend getaway. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra towels and pillows. They even had some snacks waiting for us. It is obvious that they put a lot of care into making this place feel like a home. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back!

Absolutely loved my stay at this cozy apartment! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly attentive and provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out seamless. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still peaceful and quiet. The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

Such a comfortable cabin, and wonderful neighborhood! Bill was well organized and made you feel right at home by having suggestions on where the best places were for food and entertainment to having TV apps available so we could sign into our own accounts! All information needed was well organized in a notebook for easy reference. The cabin was very private with beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately it rained so we could not enjoy the deck area outside. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We went to Big Canoe for a wedding and rented Chase's ABB. He was the most gracious host and answered every question I had almost immediately! My cousin stayed in another ABB and complained they had to bring their own toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. Chase's ABB provides everything just like a nice hotel would, but you're in a house that feels like you're home! Sitting on the porch listening to the waterfall was so relaxing. We did a little hike down to check it out, and it had a rock slide. Later, I heard some boys sliding down and yelling happily. I wish I had been able to do it! Maybe next time! Getting ready for the wedding was just like we were at our own home. There really aren't enough positive things I can say about Chase and his ABB!! We had the best time and are already planning to go back!

The place was beautiful and clean. The host was very responsive for the small issue that we had. We used the hot tub each nite and it was awesome. Dahlonega has a very cute downtown and we found many good places to eat there. We also did a 3.5 hour kayak ride thru Appalachian Outfitters that was awesome. Very happy with our getaway!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! We enjoyed the neighborhood amenities (beach club and marina for a fee but totally worth it!) and plenty of hiking trails. The house was better than the pictures! Beautifully renovated and very comfortable. We also appreciated the location of the house within the neighborhood- not too far from the main entrance and no scary drive up a mountain! Would definitely come back!

What a delightful place to stay. Plenty of room for the seven of us. It was great having the choice of playing ping pong, billiards, and such. Hiking was close by, and we were able to see multiple falls. So beautiful and peaceful.

We enjoyed our family trip to Helen GA. The location was convenient for us to walk all over town, even with elementary aged kids in tow. They also enjoyed splashing around in the river behind the property and at the playground just next door. The property itself met our needs, with space for everyone. We did note that the downstairs bunk bed was very tight, to the point where my 9yo felt too cramped on the lower bunk and chose to sleep on the floor. There are also some areas for improvement, like the back sliding door is very difficult to lock, the pocket door to the bunk room gets stuck in the open position, and the glass shower door seems unbalanced so it opens itself. Those were not dealbreakers for us, but would be nice to improve.

This is a great condo at the perfect location. One in our group has issues walking long distances but the location of this condo allowed him to walk every where the group walked. We enjoy sitting on the deck and relaxing. This best part is how courteous and attentive John is to every communication. We have stayed here a few times and plan to stay again. Thanks John for being a great host!

We stayed at the condo for a PBR tournament in Emerson. The location was about 30 minutes from field but gave us several activities to do when he was not playing. Host provided great communication. It is a large community and very private. Does take a little bit to find activities.

This cabin in Suches is perfect for rest and relaxation! My husband and I slept amazingly well! The proximity to tubing and fishing on the river was perfect for us. We used the tubes and kayaks as well. We were visiting to learn about the area and the owner Billy was an amazing host and guide to North Georgia. He even picked us up for one of our tubing trips!

We enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything in Helen. I really liked the seasonal fireplace and how clean and cozy the condo was. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
