The apartment is on the 1st floor of Villa Mariposa on the beach. A private parking space will be available in the private courtyard of the Villa as well as a beach cabin. The apartment is composed of a living room with 2 windows overlooking the sea. This room is furnished with a fireplace in perfect working order, two linen benches from the Flamant brand, and a sofa bed (excellent sleeping quality and easy opening). The dining room is furnished with a nice round table from the Flamant brand, 6 armchairs, and has 2 sea view windows, and is furnished with a sofa bed. The kitchen is independent and perfectly equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, vitro stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided). The bedroom is furnished with a custom bed of 155 x 200 cm, LED reading lights, and a TV screen on the wall. This room is decorated in a cocooning spirit. It has two windows with sea views. A nice marble bathroom, separate toilet, cupboards. Exceptional sea view. Unlimited high-speed WIFI, TV and vod access player. Connected radiators to allow you to adjust the temperature of the accommodation (smartphone app) before your arrival. WONDERFUL VIEW ON THE SEA

I rent an apartment of 55 m2 located in Trouville Sur Mer which consists of a living room opening onto a large balcony with sea view, a bedroom with twin beds that can be joined, a beautiful kitchen and a spacious bathroom. We are at the third floor with lift. It is located on the heights of Trouville at Cordier Park, a pleasant residence surrounded by green spaces and parking, about 7 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from downtown with its pedestrian streets, its fish market and shops. From the station, you can get there by foot (about 15 to 20 minutes witch is the price to pay for a beautiful view!) Or taxi. Many excursions are possible in the area: Etretat, Honfleur and Cabourg. The hinterland and the Normandy countryside is also an opportunity to beautiful ballads!. I am delighted to share this place and you discover. The purchase price varies according to the season. We provide linen but not towels! The apartment does not have wifi.
