Holiday rentals with lake access in Decentralized Administration of Attica

The villa we stayed (Paleokastro) in was just perfect. Lovely and peaceful view of the lush garden and sea in the distance from a spacious veranda. Zhulieta who manages the property could not have been more helpful with local recommendations and her cheerful personality added to us feeling welcome. The unit is fully equipped and they provided us with a welcome package of cake, coffee pods, wine and apricots from the garden. The Cocomat bedding was excellent for a good nights sleep. Well located to explore the island and close to the beach and dining options in Avlemonas. We highly recommend this for a wonderful stay in charming Kythira.

A magic destination and perfect for a family - as a base to explore Kythira from or to just spend the day at the most magnificent little sheltered bay. Joshua was an excellent host - he met us on arrival and explained everything about the house, the area and island and responded to all our questions and helped make our stay perfect. I hope we are able to return soon.

Mr. Lori welcomed us on behalf of the owner and made us feel right at home immediately. He explained how everything worked in the home in simple terms. The home is new, with great a/c, lighting and for me most importantly a Nespresso machine. Well located at the entry to Ververonda, close to all of Porto Heli’s attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Ein sehr schönes Haus an einem ganz und gar ruhigen Fleckchen Erde. Wir haben uns sehr ruhig gefühlt und die Ruhe, die nette Nachbarschaft, die Dachterrasse zum Sterneschauen etc. sehr genossen. Port Gerakas ist ein zauberhaftes kleines Dorf, aber auch ziemlich ab vom Schuss. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen.

Ήταν όλα πολύ όμορφα σίγουρα θα ξανά πάω. Και σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα και σε άλλους ήταν πολύ καθαρά και ήσυχα αυτή η θέα είναι τέλεια. Σας ευχαριστούμε κύριε Παντελή για την άψογη περιποίηση!!!!

Μείναμε με την οικογένειά μου σε αυτό το υπέροχο σπίτι και πραγματικά το ευχαριστηθήκαμε!! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, καινούριο, πανέμορφο και με ΜΑΓΕΥΤΙΚΗ θέα στη θάλασσα και το πράσινο!! Απολαύσαμε κάθε στιγμή που κάτσαμε στην αυλή με την οικογένειά μου, συζητώντας , τρώγοντας και βλέποντας την θέα!! Στην αυλή είχε και βατραχάκια, μπανανιές και μια χαλαρωτική αιώρα !! Οι οικοδεσπότες τόσο φιλόξενοι και πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι χρειαστούμε, και πάνω από όλα καλοί άνθρωποι !! Όσο για την τοποθεσία επίσης εξαιρετική , μερικά βήματα από την παραλία και μερικά λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τον Γαλατά και τον Πόρο !! Μείναμε απολύτως ικανοποιημένοι ! Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, ειδικά σε άτομα που θέλουν όντως να νιώσουν «φύση» !! Σας ευχαριστούμε για την ζεστή φιλοξενία!

Eleni's place was exactly as described. Very clean and easy to find with a fantastic rooftop that we watched the sunset from and had an amazing view of the Acropolis. Lovely neighbourhood that is close to many bars and restaurants and perfect for our night in Athens. Would definitely stay again

Spokojne miejsce tuż przy plaży. Słychać szum morza. Dookoła pola uprawne i pojedyncze zabudowania. Mieszkanie świeżo wyremontowane. Duży pokój z aneksem kuchennym, stół z krzesłami, przy którym można zjeść wspólne posiłki. Sypialnie z dużymi łóżkami i czystą pościelą. Pokoje ogrzewane/ochładzane klimatyzacją. Woda grzana bojlerem, który trzeba włączyć. Na balkonie można posiedzieć na krzesełku i wypić kawę. Z mieszkania na pieszo można dojść do kilku sektorów wspinaczkowych. Niedaleko (samochodem) jest dobrze wyposażony market. Kawałeczek dalej piekarnia i warzywniak. Pani gospodyni szybko zareagowała na nasz problem i dodatkowo dostaliśmy od niej swojskie jajka i chałkę. Jedyny mankament, to komary, które wpuściliśmy do pokoi (w oknach są siatki, ale odkryliśmy to później). Bardzo dziękujemy za gościnę 😃

The apartment was beautiful, as shown in the photos. It was clean, had a washer and safe which was important to us. It’s very modern and well designed. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was perfect. It’s only a few steps once inside which is very convenient.

We had a lovely time in this lovely apartment. It has a great veranda with spectacular views and it's within walking distances to nice beaches and 5 or 6 nice restaurants. Our hosts were super friendly and very helpful to ensure we had a nice stay.

We had a really lovely stay. Plenty of space, both for being social together and time for our teenagers to also have some privat time. So nice with the private area outside, with good furnitures to enjoy both the morning coffee and meals throughout the day:) We felt so welcome at this place. Thank you💗

Nell’alloggio di Lina ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo a casa nostra. Appartamento spazioso, pulito è dotato di tutti i comfort. Lina è un host fantastica, sempre pronta a rispondere e a dare suggerimenti. La casa è situata un po’ in salita rispetto alla spiaggia, che comunque risulta vicina. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge anche la zona dei ristoranti e il supermercato. Consiglio di soggiornare da Lina!
