Η διαμονή στο κατάλυμα ήταν μία ξεχωριστή εμπειρία! Ένα πανέμορφο σπίτι σε ένα ήσυχο χωριουδάκι με μόνο θόρυβο τις γλυκές φωνές των πουλιών της περιοχής. Ζεστός χώρος και κυριολεκτικά (φουλ θέρμανση και τζάκι) και μεταφορικά. Πολύ καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξυπηρετικότατος, μάς έδωσε ακριβείς οδηγίες καθώς και πληροφορίες για τα μέρη που μπορούσαμε να επισκεφθούμε. Μπράβο σας, συνεχίστε έτσι!

Πεντακάθαρα όλα στο σπίτι. Ήταν ότι βλέπαμε στις φωτογραφίες. Ότι χρειαστεικα αμέσως είχα απάντηση και λύση. Εύκολη περιοχή, ήσυχα και με πολύ ωραίο ταβερνάκια στα 200 μέτρα απ το σπίτι.!!

Calm and easy place to stay! The host is nice and quick in response! It is a nice small apartment with very easy access. There is a beautiful lake around the city. The price is a normal for two persons and a bit higher when you alone!

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived at Villa Petra: a beautiful and super cosy house in an outstanding area of beauty. We had everything we needed and the hosts were some of the most responsive and friendlier hosts I have ever come across, sometimes responding within seconds from asking them a question!!! It’s hard to describe the tranquility and unique charm of the house and the area, you just have to experience it for yourselves to appreciate how precious they are. Thanks so much to the hosts for everything, such speedy and helpful responses, while on holiday in somebody else’s home, are very hard to find, they stand out. Go visit the Prespes area and stay at Villa Petra, you will not want to leave, ever! I promise you that.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός περιείχε ότι ήταν στην περιγραφή είχε το δικό του πάρκινγκ και γενικά εμένα μου άρεσε πολύ

Αρχικά θέλω να πω ,πως ο οικοδεσπότης ήτανε εξαιρετικός! Ο άνθρωπος κάθε φορά που με έβλεπε έξω μου έλεγε πως ότι χρειαστούμε να του χτυπήσουμε την πόρτα. Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό και πολύ καθαρό Πραγματικά θα ερχόμουνα ξανά και ξανά αν βρισκόμουν στα Γιάννενα Πραγματικά μπράβο σας!!!!

A stunning little apartment in the historic center of Ioannina! Dimitris was very welcoming and flexible with our check-in, and we felt right at home (they even provided cookies from the local bakery). Would come back anytime, this was the perfect stay for our Easter weekend. :)

Nice apartment in the city center (10 minutes walk from Pavsilippo Park), smartly designed, fully equipped (very pleasant surprises/amenities), with a very nice terrace. Communication with Athanasia was impeccable from the first moment.

Ήταν ένα εξαιρετικό 3ήμερο στο πανέμορφο σπιτάκι του κυρίου Γιάννη! Ο χώρος είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πολύ καθαρός, όμορφος και άνετος. Η θέρμανση από το τζάκι έδινε μια ωραία ατμόσφαιρα και η πρόσβαση σε ξύλα ήταν άφθονη. Η τοποθεσία πολύ ήσυχη αλλά και πολύ κοντά στα γύρω χωριά. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν φιλικοί και προστατευτικοί και με το σκύλο μας! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και θα θέλαμε κι εμείς να ξαναπάμε!

Το σπίτι ήταν στον 2ο όροφο όπου ανεβαίνεις με σκάλες δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας, εμάς αυτό δεν μας ενόχλησε όμως! Το σπίτι ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες ακριβώς! Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες μύριζαν καθαριότητα και το αγαπημένο μου είχε καλοριφέρ για να ζεσταθείς το βράδυ! Έχει επίσης πολύ ωραίο μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τραπέζι να καθίσεις έξω. Το μόνο που με ενόχλησε είναι ότι δεν υπήρχε καινούργιο σφουγγάρι κουζίνας. Παρόλα αυτά αν επισκεφτώ ξανά τα Ιωάννινα θα επιλέξω το ίδιο σπίτι το οποίο είναι μόλις 9 λεπτά με το αμάξι από το κέντρο!! Το συνιστώ!

Ο χώρος ήταν εξαιρετικός, πολύ προσεγμένα όλα και καθαρά. Σε πολλή καλή τοποθεσία, πηγαίναμε στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων με τα πόδια. Ήταν δίπλα σε εστιατόρια καφέ και μπαράκια. Αξίζει να το επισκεφθείτε!!! Τα 5 ⭐️ είναι λίγα!!!

The studio is small, but it's in a perfect location. Everything is within walking distance. Excellent and friendly communication too!

I had a wonderful stay in Ioannina! The apartment is in a central location, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The room was very clean, comfortable, and just as shown in the photos. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with check-in and anything else I needed during my stay. I would definitely choose this place again next time I visit Ioannina!

Vasiliki was one of the sweetest Hosts we have had to date! She made us savoury pastries to have in the morning before we left, it felt like we were part of the family! Her home was very beautiful with all the amenities you could ask for! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was perfect to cook a good meal while on vacation. I would recommend this place any day to anyone.

H κ.Μαρία και ο σύζυγος της είναι καταπληκτικοί. Παρότι διαμείναμε στο χώρο τους μόνο δύο βράδια καταλάβαμε πολλά. Ευγενικοί , πάντα διαθέσιμοι και εξυπηρετικοί μας φιλοξένησαν στον υπέροχο ξενώνα τους και δεν είχαμε το παραμικρό παράπονο. Το σπίτι θα αποτελέσει προτεραιότητα μας σε μελλοντικές εξορμήσεις προς τα μέρη τους! Συνιστώ να κάνετε κράτηση τον χώρο "Στέκι" που προσφέρεται ως έξτρα παροχή αν είστε παρέα.

We had a great time staying at Maria's place! The house was spacious in a great location, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Maria was very hospitable and available whenever needed.

Ότι και να πω είναι λίγο,ένα πανέμορφο σημείο (η θέα της λίμνης απίστευτη)το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο και τακτοποιημένο,cosy χώρος που δε θες να φύγεις και ο Ηλίας απίστευτος οικοδεσπότης ,μας βοήθησε πάρα πολύ ,Ηλία σε ευχαριστούμε ελπίζω να καταφέρουμε να ξαναέρθουμε για περισσότερες ημέρες στο μέλλον!!

We absolutely loved Konaki. It’s such a special and unique place. The history of the building is very cool and it is so relaxing and quaint. Also has all the comforts of modernity despite its age & rustic charm. Artemis was extremely helpful and had great suggestions for hikes and activities. Everyone at Montanema was so wonderful and our stay was absolutely magical! We can’t wait to return.

Πολυ ευχαριστη διαμονη και σαν επισκεπτης νιωθεις την αυρα του ηρεμου και γαληνιου αυτου τοπου . Ημασταν μια παρεα 7 ατομων και δεν νιωσαμε αβολα ουτε μια στιγμη . Πεντακαθαρος χωρος , ανετα και πολυ ομορφα δωματια !!!

Summary: Superb experience! Maria's place is wonderful, situated in the centre of Agios Germanos, a lovely mountain village nestled above the Prespa Lakes. The property is located next to a little stream and one minute walk to the local Taverna. Maria and Thanos are perfect hosts, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Once you walk through the gate into their courtyard, you find yourself in a quiet little oasis with a panoramic view on the surrounding mountains. The accommodation was lovely, a main apartment split onto two levels, spotlessly clean with everything you need plus some welcome gifts. Other breakout spaces on the property were also available to use, e.g. an outdoor kitchen and dining area and lounge room supplied with drinks. We had breakfast on the lawn every day and Maria makes delicious local savoury pies and cakes. They also have an organic vegetable garden behind the main property where they grow just about anything you can think of. We were invited to fill a basket with aubergine, spring onion, courgettes, beans, potatoes, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes ... The Prespa Lakes area is a paradise for nature lovers. Bird watching, hiking, boat tours on the Great Prespa Lake, or just a picnic next to one of the little streams. All this in a spectacular landscape of a tranquility that has become so rare in our days... And the nights are fresh, even in the hot Greek summer, so good sleep is guaranteed! If you want to reset and reconnect with nature, this is the place to be.

The house was a traditional almost 100 years old, putting you into the mood of the village and the surroundings. It was clean with a beautiful view of the Lake.
