The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Though it is located a short scroll away from Kioni port, one of the most popular and beautiful ports of the Ionian, a short walk away the other side, you will find yourself in a rural area, where farmers keep their animals and harvest the land with olive trees. Cooking rings are located on the veranda, and pantry items (salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided. Includes A/C, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV, and Wi-Fi. The furnished veranda offers stunning sea views. Accommodates up to 2 guests, with a free baby cot available upon request for children up to 2 years old.
