Maritimus Excelsior is a new addition to luxury accommodation in Zakynthos. Newly constructed and finished to the highest standards the property has a number of outstanding feature: Property fronts directly on to sandy Alykes beach. Facilities include a swimming pool, pool deck, loungers, bbq area and gardens Quiet location, yet only a short stroll from the bars and restaurants in Alykes. Private secure parking, Wifi and satellite TV. Apartments are cleaned daily and owners are on hand and happy to help with any advice you need during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, including washing facilities and Nespresso machine. The entire property sleeps up to 12 people on three floors.  However, it can also be let in two self-contained sections, with separate entrances: Ground floor suite contains one double en-suite room, one twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge/ kitchen area. (sleeps 5 comfortably) Upper floors suite contains three double bedrooms each with their own separate bathrooms. (sleeps 7 comfortably) Alykes is situated a short drive from Zakynthos Airport and is the perfect setting for a quiet getaway in the Ionian Islands. Alykes beach is a safe, shallow Blue Flag beach, with a range of watersports available a short distance down the beach from our property.  Whether you want to travel along the coast visiting hidden beaches and coves, enjoy the fine sea-food and wine of Zakynthos or Vollimes or even if you want to try the bars and clubs of Laganas or Argassi, Alykes is a perfect base to explore the beautiful island of Zakynthos. Daily boat trips leave from the pier beside Maritimus Excelsior for the world-famous Shipwreck Beach and Blue Caves.  We designed this property to create a holiday home that blends well with the natural landscape. Environmentally-friendly materials underpinned the construction and a selection of bright colours were used to reflect the colour of the sea and the Greek sun.  The name Maritimus is inspired by a native plant, the sea daffodil (Pancratium maritimum), a protected species which can be seen growing on Alykes beach.

Studio Rhodi is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden and completely renovated by Zoumboulakisarchitects, it is decorated with works of the painter and various design objects by the Zoumboulakis Galleries of Athens. It has its private entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults & 2 children). It has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a large private roof terrace with sea view. It can be connected with the studio Elia.

Aquarius village,a traditional settlement consisting 8 fully equipped rooms on the ground floor and 5 more on the first floor, is in a 10 minute walking distance from the port of Skala in Agkistri. The combination of absolute tranquility and the closeness to the centre of Skala, makes our establishment a suitable place of stay for many couples during the last years, because it gives the opportunity to enjoy their quiet summer nights on their private balconies, especially on the first floor

Very clean and self catering apartments located in Antipata village which is just the next town from Fiskardo bay. They are centrally located where you have easy access to a mini supermarket and a great restaurant (Petrino). There are walking trails that leads you to quiet a few beaches and lots of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped and each room has air conditioning. There are also beach towels available as well as beach umbrellas and toiletries. "A home away from home"

Villa Christina . Ancient Olympia

Quiet apartment a few meters from the center of Olympia and close to the Archaeological site within walking distance. Three main bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, a shared area with a sofa bed and a separate bathroom. Balcony, terrace and courtyard around the apartment in contact with the garden. This brand new, spacious apartment was fully renovated in 2021 with brand new furniture, bathroom, kitchen, windows and AC system. The building was built by my family and has been our family home for over 15 years. The apartment has a very comfortable, brand new sofa (turns into a sofa bed) along with a smart TV with access to Youtube and Netflix (Via your own account).

Vasiliki Blue - Greek hospitality

The apartment has a big double bed and a single, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee maker, kettle . The view is excellent due to the location of the accommodation. You can see the whole bay of Vassiliki as well as the surrounding villages. We are located in the village but in a quiet neighborhood, close to all shops and beaches .
