From the moment I arrived I was struck by it's beauty captivated by the stunning sunrises to start each day The retreat is charming and a place of solace. The beautifully manicured lawn and gardens filled with lush floral designs adds to its magic. while the front porch with its rocking chairs, invite you to slow down and savor your morning coffee or lose yourself in a good book. Evenings are equally special walking the path to the beach and settling into the adriondack chair with a glass of wine It's a peaceful ritual that grounds you in gratitude. The home itself is cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with calming beachy touches that make you feel at ease. It's perfectly located just minutes from downtown Salem. I'm grateful to be one of the lucky guests to stay in David's home. He was a kind and gracious host. A truly memorable retreat I will be back

We absolutely love our stay in Carols Cottage. It’s so much cuter in person! Cozy and inviting, loved all the windows and opening them up to enjoy the cool sea breeze. Watching the tide coming in and out was a favorite part of relaxing in the private yard overlooking the little harbor. The town of Rockport is like a postcard and the cottage is right in the middle of everything which was really nice.

Valorie and his husband Juan are very friendly. The photos of the house don't match the reality, the house is much better!

Adorable, idyllic, comfortable, serene. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our Maine Minimoon! Some places have 5 stars and aren’t really legit — this is not one such place. Hillary’s place fully deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We look forward to staying again soon!!

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything you would need was provided. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush and you are all set. The house was even better than described, if that’s possible. The layout was perfect for gathering and just catching up. The beds were so comfortable. And the outside was even nicer. Lots of places to sit and relax. The lake was just a step away. Tanis was also very easy to communicate with. You can tell he really cared about our stay. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

Stayed for a weekend, was absolutely beautiful! The frequent beaver visits was quite the highlight & all amenities were exactly as described!

The house and view are just as they seem. We had terrible weather the weekend we stayed so we can’t wait to come back and take the kayaks out and enjoy more than just the lake view. But the tranquility was wonderful even in the rain! Extremely convenient to route 2, which was perfect for keeping us busy. We will be back!

We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

Great stay

We loved our stay! Christina’s condo was comfortable, peaceful and perfectly located. We were walkable to the entire downtown area, museums, the concert venue, walking paths, shopping and restaurants. But the best thing was sitting outside on our private deck overlooking the harbor, with Motif #1 just across the inlet. We almost didn’t want to leave the condo…so gorgeous! And Christina is lovely, making sure we were okay, had everything we needed, so responsive. After the condo coffeemaker stopped working, she kindly offered a gift card to a nearby coffee shop, and before night fell, a new coffeemaker was delivered to the condo! Such a thoughtful host… we will be back!

We loved our stay here, perfect location and a clean and comfortable stay! Lots to do in Portsmouth and the surrounding area and especially lots of great places nearby to eat. Convenient to have 2 parking spots and to be right next to a great restaurant! Well hope to be back in the future!

I really enjoyed staying at Christine’s place on the lake. The condo was clean and the view by the water was great. It was super easy to check in / out. Christine was always very responsive. I would definitely consider staying again.

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!
