The property is set alone in a large garden, with private access and dedicated parking space, there is also wheelchair access. Defford is ideally located, with easy access to Malvern, Worcester, Cheltenham, Ross on Wye, Upton on Severn and Stratford upon Avon. There are decent local amenities such as Local Farm Shop, Local Pubs, ( with excellent food ) and only 3 miles from Pershore, where there are more shops and amenities. The property is well furnished with modern decor.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

The wood-fired Hikki Sweden hot tub is available for guests to use 24/7, with stunning countryside views. We provide several logs and kindling on arrival. Perfect for a weekend getaway for 2 with a comfy double bed, working kitchen, and shower room. The view from the hot tub is of Bredon Hill, and most mornings, you will see the herd of deer pass through the field.

Comfortable house situated in the heart of the beautiful market town of Pershore. Ideally located 2 minutes walk from Pershore Abbey, 5 mins from all local amenities, many great pubs and easy access to walks & dog walks. The house is very old and some may say quirky but it has been modernised and is clean and warm and will be all yours. There is a carport for one car and free parking on the surrounding roads if a second parking space is required.

North Piddle self-contained studio

Self contained spacious annex with your own front door, en-suite bathroom, fridge, kettle, microwave, smart TV, hair dryer, seating area and desk space. There is a king size bed and, if requested, a second memory foam mattress on the floor. The studio is completely separate from the main house. There is ample off-road, private parking on the property and you are welcome to use the garden.
