Holiday rentals with beach access in Dehesa de Campoamor

Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

100% recommended, everything was impeccable and the place was very quiet, great to disconnect and spend a few relaxed days, the two pools were perfect 👌

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as amazing as a couple of years ago. Exceptionally clean with the most wonderful terrace and easy access to the pool. In a fabulous location within a short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. Would not hesitate to recommend and we will hopefully be back!

Amazing apartment. Beautiful view on the balcony. Also we appreciate Viktoria’s patience. She waited us to late of evening . We just stay there one night but perfect enough. Most recommended for everyone!

Graham is an attentive host and met us on arrival and made us feel at home. Apartment is as described and is well stocked and clean. Sound proof glass really does negate the noise outside. The balcony has a great view over Villamatin Plaza and enjoys a prime location.

Perfect location, close to the beach and walking distance to the city. Heated pool. Beautiful nice clean rooms, lovely roof terrace with jacuzzi that we used once🙏

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Lovely villa just what we were looking for, would have been nice if there had been a couple of more nice restaurants near by but all and all we had a nice peaceful holiday

We had a really great stay here - the house is just 3mins walk to the beach boardwalk, with a fine sandy beach and the sea perfect for swimming as you are sheltered from tides etc. All 4 of us (3 adults, 1 teenager) had plenty of space, inside and out. The aircon was much needed on our last day and having it in the livng space and main bedroom enabled is to cool the entire living area. We were really grateful to know that we would have towels both for the beach and the bathroom, as well as a beach umbrella, a selection of chairs and a throw to put down on the sand. We were also pleased to find we had use of basic condiments (salt, olive oil, etc) as you never think to bring these things (or can't if you flew in and only staying for a short time), so this was helpful. We had a great beach holiday - thanks Amparo!

Beautiful house for a family stay. The house was very large, very clean, and very well stocked. There was a bit of an issue with the booking, but we assume that was a website fault, and not down to the host. Oliver and Helio dealt with it very quick and smoothly. La Zenia was not my favouritest place to visit, but I have to say the house exceeded our expectations ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and did not bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want it. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce. She had a good knowledge of cheese and more. We will return and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful apartment with wonderful roof terrace. Apartment full of comforts and good quality. Location is top. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Nice and good service from Jacek. Gas cylinder of the bbq was empty and was replaced the same day.

Although we had to wait 45 minutes to enter the apartment because we were left the wrong keys, Marina was a very good host and treated us super well. He gave us many recommendations about Santa Pola (restaurants, boat rental) and he was aware that we were comfortable and enjoying. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos, with a great view of the sea. We recommend it.

Absolutely loved the apartment. Very clean although bed sheets could do with a change. They were clean but old. The sea views were amazing from the balcony, living room, dining room and one of the bedrooms I would recommend this property and would definitely use this company again Information was accurate, replys were prompt, and easy to follow instructions for entry Regards Marie Mooney Ireland
