Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Del Coco Beach

Beautiful property! Gaby and the other property managers were more than helpful when it came to my party’s needs! I couldn’t have asked for a better host! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our small family had a lovely and comfortable time at Laura and Luis' place! It is cute and set up with all the things to make our stay comfortable. When we reached out to Laura and Luis, they were extremely responsive and helpful! They went the extra mile to make us comfortable by providing a crib for our 10-month-old - we are grateful! It was easy to check in, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and it was within walking distance to a yummy restaurant called La Finca Restuarante y Pizzeria. Thank you for your hospitality!

Pasamos unos días increíbles en familia , Casa Bosque es más de lo que imaginamos. Es un espacio con una energía realmente especial, la casa es muy espaciosa y linda. La playa es preciosa. Casa Plumería es una casa de espacios abiertos espectacular. Una casa moderna de una planta con áreas iluminadas y frescas, que permiten disfrutar enormemente de todos los espacios. Nos pareció que la cocina estaba muy completa para una casa de playa y nos encantó el área de grill con refrigerador exterior para poder disfrutar de la piscina. El bonfire pit definitivamente fue un bonus. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado, permitiendo que nuestras vacaciones fueran perfectas. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos por acá.

The hosts made the stay amazing with constant communication and great recommendations about what to do in the area. The house was beautiful and perfect for a girls trip or Spring break vacation. The beaches were super close, and the hosts helped us coordinate a van that we had to drive around the whole week. Such an amazing trip!

This was a great find, lovely house and apartment for relaxing. Close to shops and downtown, and a lovely backyard for enjoying the pool!

Al’s place was nice, in a quiet location as expected with the beach just a minutes walk away. The kitchen was useful. The grounds were great for iguana spotting and one night we saw howler monkeys in the trees! The pool was a little green around the grouting which made me hesitate to go underwater but nonetheless very refreshing. The pool is shared as described, but directly outside the other apartment which at times makes you feel like you’re encroaching on someone else’s area. We were lucky as the other guests were very peaceful too. The place maybe needs a bit of attention in terms of window security, nets, and overall upkeep but the air-con was spot on and bathroom had left over niceties. However, I did always feel safe and not as many mosquitos as I anticipated which was a welcome surprise. Amazing walk along the beach or road with cafes/restaurants to explore. Despite the improvements suggested, the stay was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring Tamarindo.

If you’re looking for a quiet stay with all the amenities look no further! The beach is beautiful, private and pristine and did I mention just a few steps from your door step?? There is plenty of shade or sunshine which ever your heart desires. The beach out front is rocky which we loved, at low tide there are lots of little tide pools to explore. If you want to swim, surf or walk there is plenty of that too. Los Pargos is walking distance via the beach with several good restaurants. Also an easy drive if a sunset beach walk isn’t your thing. This place is truly a gem and an escape from the hussle and bussle of “real” life. Sonny and Rita are so easy to work with and fun to chat with as well. You won’t be disappointed in your stay here, 10/10!!

This place was so great! Extremely clean, had everything we needed to cook meals, shared laundry with a washer and dryer, nice pool, and a very responsive and friendly host. Close to great restaurants and stores. Lorena went out of her way to ensure we had an amazing stay. I would come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

We Loved this condo. The unit is Located Right next to the pool. Walking distance to the beach. Was perfect for our group. Alan was the perfect host. I Would definitely stay here again.

Este loft es un lugar muy estético y acogedor, convenientemente ubicado cerca del centro, a una distancia caminable, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para no escuchar ruido. Está equipado con todo lo que necesitas en la cocina, tiene buen internet y TV, y la cama es muy cómoda. La piscina y el área de BBQ son hermosas, y hay buen estacionamiento. Es realmente un lugar amigable para perros, lo cual es fundamental para nosotros. Giordano fue muy servicial y respondió rápidamente durante toda nuestra estancia. ¡Definitivamente me quedaría aquí de nuevo!

Todo excelente. Muy buena comunicación, la ubicación es muy estratégica, el lugar es tranquilo, tiene buen parqueo. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y limpias. Definitivamente volvería. Muchas gracias por todo.

El lugar es muy bonito y completo, en la cocina había todo tipo de utensilio y electrodomésticos, las habitaciones cómodas y el baño muy bonito e impecable, el área de piscina tiene una cascada y luces de colores perfecto para disfrutar en la noche de una reunión con amigos, full recomendado

Súper atento, preocupándose desde el primer momento de que todo fuese bien. Cualquier necesidad estuvo dispuesto a resolverla. La casa es muy cómoda. La cocina al aire libre es muy agradable para compartir en familia o con amigos. La localización es genial para aquellos que quieran disfrutar de la playa sin tener que preocuparse por desplazamientos o complicaciones. De 10!

Nuestra estancia estuvo excelente, las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo bonito que es el lugar. Es muy seguro además. El trato de los anfitriones hace sentir como en familia o como si estuviera en su casa, siempre un trato muy amable, desde el momento del recibimiento hasta cuando nos fuimos. Esperamos volver pronto

Wonderful stay! Listing shows exactly what you will find. It isn’t fancy but you’ll have everything you need. Location can’t be beat. Maybe a few more towels would be nice but no complaints. We enjoyed the place, comfortable beds, and appreciated the beach chairs too.

Excelente alojamiento, con las comodidades básicas completas, equipado y con facilidades a la mano por estar cerca de Santa Cruz y de los sitios de playa. Marianela muy atenta y amable a cualquier consulta y colaboración.

Excelente lugar, aunque una parte del camino es de lastre, no afecta en nada para poder llegar en auto sedan, el lugar,la ubicación, las vistas, la playa, absolutamente todo fue genial, la vista del oceano de día y de noche con la luna no tienen precio, 100% recomendado.
